My Wife Just Left Me Because of the Evil Watchtower

i am normally not the kind of person you will ever see cry because things don't affect me that much but this has got to be the hardest things i have ever went through.. i just got through discussing with my wife my feelings.
i guess it has been hard to hid some of the things that i have felt since i have learned that many of the wt teachings are false.

Beroean. As an outsider it is plain as can be that this governing body NEVER takes the blame for their blunders - they pass it on to the lower echelons. Like their recent statement to the press about how they will help parents learn to protect their children (in other words, it was the parents' fault). And lo and behold, you yourself repeated the same (parents should be slapped) Just a thought here - someday you could be in a convenient position to be a scapegoat too. If you ever get a hankering to to some real research (not WT propaganda), you will find that this blaming, pass the buck behavior is typical of all high control organizations, cults, etc. flipper

Hey, WAC...I met my husband on eharmony and we are insanely happy with each other - neither of us is religious at all. So I recommended that website to a friend, turns out that it's a Christian based website and he couldnt go on there because he's gay - really pissed me off. Talk about mixed feelings, however, I've never hit it off so well with anyone in my life like I do with Mrflipper. I think any of those matchup places that do an in depth psychological profile would be good. Even for (ahem) eccentric folk such as yourself. He said in his experience the witnesses gossip a lot because the meetings, and their lives, are so boring, so maybe something will get around and register with someone. Worth a try. flipper
