  Life and death message for X-JW's

  if you have not done so already, make sure that you contact all of your doctors and all of the hospitals you have used in the past and let them know that you will now take blood if needed.. .

  How many have wives who think it's the truth?

  the idea for this thread was sparked by seeing that a lot of guys thought that the latest km article would be a great talking point.

  there are a number of jwd poster who have lived through the hell of having a wife who thinks it is the truth.

  i am happy to say that i have been through it and survived.

  Drew- I had an ex-wife who was a witness, married 19 years . Of course I was too then, however it was hard because she was fanatical and overbearing with her beliefs and takes on things. Made me throw out the movie "Jaws" because the kids would be harmed as young teenagers, jeez! But she threatened me after the divorce and I got out of the org. She said," If any of our 3 kids get out of the witnesses, I'm going to blame it on you, and you'll live to regret it!" And since the divorce in 1998, she has tried to turn my family against me since my son 22 got out 4 years ago. She has tried to make good on these threats for 9 years now. Scary, crazy witness woman. Thank god I now have a non-witness wife and we finally are living in peace 3 counties away from the crazy lady! Here's to all you men hoping to hell your wives get out of that cult! I have a non witness wife and feel grateful. Peace to you all, Mr. Flipper

  wondering aloud why the watchtower says a certain thing can get you in trouble with the think police (the elders).

  I had an ex wife , a witness who made me throw away my vcr tape recording of the movie "Jaws" because she thought it would damage my puberty aged children. Later I bought the 25 year dvd anniversary version after my divorce from her. Watched it with my "older" teenagers in my own house. Talk about the thrill of freedom! Peace out, Mr. Flipper

  CHP Officer Killed Ran Over in Chase, Mr. Flipper & Son within Half Mile

  a tragic thing happened as some of you may have heard in the news in sacramento, california area.

  a chp officer was ran over at 70 miles per hour while laying out a spike strip on hwy 50 east of sacramento in the foothills, while other sheriffs were in pursuit of a suspect that had been stopped and found to have warrants out for his arrest on drugs.

  the suspect veered off the freeway and intentionally ran over officer douglas russell 46 who had served as a highway patrol officer for 22 years.

  Jaguar- when I read what happened to you, it sent shivers down my spine. We just never know what's gonna happen in this life, especially the type of job you have. I'm glad you were ok and didn't get hurt. Thanks for sharing that so others can see dangers to be careful with

  Today I Witnessed to a Street Witness about Child Molestation Settlements

  no, not really, i was easy on the old guy.

  at our post office in our home town there every day is an approximately 65 to 70 year old witness man who stands next to the post office entry door with the magazines wt & awake.

  Thanks for the kind words folks. Myself like others just feel like a small voice in the wilderness of this world we live in trying to open some of these witnesses eyes so they can see what their organization is doing to them. If we all join in together and expose this stuff about the leaders and what they are doing, even if it draws some away from it, it will have been worth while

  comparing WTS with Pharisees

  i had a good discussion saturday night with my witness wife about how the society is basically a modern-day version of the pharisees and how jesus condemned them in his day and how he would condemn the society today.

  does anyone have any good points or any insight into comparing the society with pharisees?

  anything you have would be helpful so i could get my thoughts together and figure out a way to approach this subject with her in the future whenever it comes up..

  Erandir. Mr. Flipper here. Read your wife Matthew 23: 25. It says," Woe to you scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites, because you cleanse the outside of the cup and of the dish, but inside they are full of plunder and immoderateness". The witness organization by trying to appear clean and good on the outside while secretly covering over any knowledge of child molestation on the inside of the organization is a good example. Outward appearance is all they care about in order to get more converts. But as the Pharisees did, they plunder those and have expelled those trying to reveal child molesters by kicking them out of the organization and dfing them. I'd say that is being full of immoderateness, do ya think? Point made, Peace out, Mr. Flipper

  Hey everyone, I subscribe to Mary's view and Tyrones' view. Also Seeker 4 just had a great thread recently explaining the good points of why jwd is so valuable. We have to realize what we are dealing with here. A mind controlling cult which wishes to take away people's freedom, and is intent on breaking up families in the process, whether intentionally or unintentionally, it doesn't matter to them, as long as their ideals and goals are put forth. Their steamrolling ungodly organization will keep putting out misleading droning crap to mislead the masses. We ,each of us can have an impact stopping it.

  Whether or not they listen here is a non issue, they probably do like Mary and Tyrone said. That being said then the real benefit of this jwd site should not be lost, it can serve a dual purpose of helping people see facts and lies of the org. and help them get off the fence if they are caught in between and give them a safety net to drop into with real people who will be there for them with support and help, somewhere to turn. As I'm writing this my wife is talking to Mincan on the phone, trying to build him up. She sure as hell didn't learn that from the witnesses, she saw a need on this board to show caring. And I feel that's how a lot of us should view this board. How can we use what we learn here to help others with problems and assist them to leave the evil cult? Isn't that a lot of our motives here? I think most of us are on the same page with this! And if the governing body boys read my rants, then that's just icing on the cake as I look at it, it's not my prime objective. Main thing is helping people! And if the gb reads it, like Bob Marley said in a song once," Who the Cap Fit, Wear It". Peace to you all, Mr. Flipper

  Orgull- Drew Sagan's remark that he was changing but didn't know what he was changing into or towards was pretty accurate. I read a book called ," Gestalt Therapy Verbatim". In it the author Frederick Perls, psychologist says," To suffer one's death and to be reborn is not easy." Exactly what most are telling you here. Jehovah's Witnesses beliefs kill a little of something off in each of us, by being programmed to believe what they say is true. It can be somewhat frightening and enlightening all at the same time when our blinders come off and we see it for what it is, a deceptive controlling cult. I too faded about 4 years ago and haven't looked back. Just keep fading my friend. Your parents need you, so do it in a way you feel comfortable with gradually. My folks, 82 and 80, witnesses since 1951 respect my fade and understand my reasons. If you are respectful with them, don't verbally put them down for believing it, just in time let them know you have some issues and are working it out. Don't tell them you don't believe it's god's organization, then your mom might invite an elder over to convince you otherwise and try to get two of them there as witnesses to set yourself up for a jc meeting. In other words you are being reborn now to a freer way of thinking, cherish that! But still fade slowly and carefully so you can stay close to your parents. It has worked for me, and my dad is still an elder! Love them and care, just privately don't share their beliefs, but respect they have them. Good luck my friend, Peace out, Mr. Flipper

  Mincan- Good for you you have escaped this mind controlling cult! For your sake I'm glad you found out at 20. For me Mr. Flipper I didn't get out until 43 years of age , 4 years ago because I was so busy pleasing everybody else, and I finally woke up to the facts! As eclipse said, please know you have the rest of your life ahead to explore things in life that are beautiful. I have a 22 year old son who got out of it near when I did,and he's now going to college , learning valuable things to help him with life's skills. Any time you want to talk with Mrs. Flipper or myself you are always welcome my friend. Hang in there buddy, it does get better, being out of the org
