Wow... stunning !
Are they colour-enhanced ?
I have also wondered... do any photos exist of the landing sites of the Apollo landers ? ie... any debris that they left behind ?

this is really cool....the kaguya/selene spacecraft is beaming back hi-def video of the moon's surface, which you can watch (alas, in a resized form) on the web.
this earthset is truly grand, don't you think?.

i have used norton security and anti-virus protection for 2 years.
i downloaded from norton, for what i think was $89.00.
it expires tonight.
Security is a software firewall.
Zone Alarm free edition is good - once you've got the hang of it.

religion: another sacrifice paid in blood.
as sect's transfusion ban claims a mother's life, ex-member recalls her brush with deathby susie mesurepublished: 11 november 2007 for rachel underhill, a 32-year-old mother of two, the news that emma gough, a jehovah's witness, had died last month after refusing a potentially life-saving blood transfusion following the difficult birth of her twins, brought back memories of her own near-death experience in the operating theatre.
Evidently a study suggested that 12% of JWs would accept a blood transfusion . . . and 29% also liked cheesecake . . .
This has got me !!
Have the blood cards changed now to allow cheesecake transfusions ? Is it whole cheesecake or just fractions ?

I gave up on Norton a year or so ago - the AV was fine, but the rest of it just slowed the computer down horribly.
I did use AVAST (free) but it let me down a week ago, and some snotty little mailer worm got me !
I now use AntiVir also free as it got me out of trouble. http://www.free-av.com/
Internet for me...
I haven't watched TV for nearly 6 months now.
here in the uk we're paying over a 1 a litre for regular unleaded fuel, that's about $9 per gallon for my american friends.
now i'm as aware as anyone that the bulk of my fuel pound goes to the government in duty (or fuel tax) but let's just look at the bottom line cost to you and i as motorists - 1/litre.. just getting the the damn stuff out of the ground is dangerous and expensive, especially at offshore rigs.
then you have to transport it, refine it and transport it again.
I agree that it is difficult to obtain and dangerous etc, but 70p in every pound as tax is a separate issue.
But, something surprised me that I got in the post today...
It was a question : What is 1350 times as expensive as petrol ?
Printer ink !!!
how will that personally affect you?
Ouch... I guess that's true... the tip that I gave you £ 4 wouldn't buy a gallon of petrol... but it would get you a pint of beer and a packet of peanuts !
how will that personally affect you?
No wonder the Brits are such poor tippers!! They've got no extra money!
That was one stereotype that I wasn't aware of...
but this is for you MinimusHome made 'bio-diesel' (made from vegetable oil) seems to be raising some interest here - it costs half the price of the stuff in the petrol stations.
I heard that on the radio the other day, it was a local station (away from home)... but apparantly it makes your car smell like a fish and chip shop.
The taxman allows you to put 2500 litres of cooking oil in each year !!how will that personally affect you?
Yep... I paid £1.11 for a litre of Diesel (not sure what you call it elsewhere).
That's £5.05 per gallon ( $10.47) !!!!
Apparantly 70 % of that is tax.
this was great.
especially the quote, "without a doubt, my life is not average," he said.
"but i'd like to say, just because it is excessive doesn't necessarily mean it's wrong.".
