I have MS. Vertigo is what led to my DX. I couldn't walk, kept falling down. I don't have it every day, but it comes back when I'm stressed or sick, or over tired. I need a cane to walk so I can keep my balance.

10Vertigo / How did you handle it?
by prophecor ini was under the assumption that i was having a stroke, or a heart-attack.
i called out, like a five year old, for my mother.
when i finally mustered the courage enough, to go to the hospital, i found i was suffering with an ear infection that took away all of my balance as i was like a bottle of oil that was constantly being spilled on the floor.

I haven't seen that show since I was a kid. I don't remember the episode names or actors, but they all freaked me out big time. The one that stands out as really scary was one where this old woman was terrorized and killed by these tiny little ?robots? I was probably around 7 or 8 years old...Long time ago. LOL.

Horrible things. That bee that sprays your eyes makes me think of Jurassic Park. I'm surprised there's no spiders on this list. IMO, spiders are the creepiest things going!

I voted in an election for the first time in my life!

Multiple Sclerosis

i had heard at one point that there was a blood pressure medicine that was proving hopeful.
my bro is ready to stop copaxone, even though we all worry that this will eventually cause a relapse.

That's really great that your brother is doing so well. I have MS and have just learned of a connection between Vitamin D deficiency and MS that I need to ask my doctor about. The theory makes a lot of sense to me because MS is more prevalent the further away from the equator you are. (We get our Vit D from sunlight.) Has your brother had his Vit D level checked? As far as going off his meds, I would be afraid to stop taking mine. I hope he discusses it with his doctor before he just stops taking it. I was told the medication reduces and/or prevents new lesions from forming. As you know, the lesions are what cause the symptoms.

The Moody Blues - Your Favorite Songs and Albums from them ?
by flipper ina band i really liked a lot growing up and as an adult was he moody blues.
their mixing of orchestration from an instrument called the " mellotron " and mixing the orchestration with electric guitars was fantastic.
they wrote very meaningful lyrics analyzing the situations in life as well as the world scene at the time.

January 27th 2008
by zanex instarted out like any other normal day..with plans to go to taos with my girlfriend and a good buddy o mine (wlg) sorry mang...had to give u some recognition on this one...anyhow..we went out to a nice place for some breakfast..wandered around taos, went to the taos pueblos to get a chance to watch the native americans dance at the taos pueblo...then we went out to the taos gorge..which for those who dont know is a quite big hole in the ground bout a mile down...the bridge is somewhat a daunting look down for ones who have never seen it before.... anyhow...my girlfriend at first refused to step one foot out onto the bridge but with a little coaxing and a promise to make sure she wouldnt fall off i gradually brought her out to the middle of the bridge where there is a small outcropping where one can stand and look out over the gorge...we stood there staring over the side of the bridge for a few minutes then i slowly took her hand in mine and looked deep into her eyes.... ....and i dropped to one knee....(quite funny too cuz initially she was like what are you doing?
)....i still had her hand in mine and she was staring down at me like i was doing something silly or humorous like is my usual personality trait...i stared at her for a minute or two and said a few sentances of which are too personal to bring up here and then i asked her to marry me..... she looked at me and said "what?!
