When it comes to religion, it doesn't work that way. Just keep exposing them.

DEMAND THE RESIGNATION OF THE GOVERNING BODY
by Pistoff inin view of the breathtaking mistakes made by the governing body in the last 10 years, the time has come for all with influence in or out of the organization of jehovah's witnesses to ask for the resignation of the entire governing body.
in the past 5 years alone, we have seen the defacto president of the watchtower society, theodore jarascz, dismiss reporters from the bbc without addressing their questions about sex abuse; they have denied repeatedly that there is a problem in the 2 witness to sex abuse policy; they have arranged the excommunication of whistleblowers in the organization, implying that they are spiritually deficient or worse.
thousands of members of this fellowship have been sexually abused by family or friends in the group, only to be told that it didn't happen, that they misunderstood it, and if they could not produce a second witness or the accused confessed, they were told that they must be silent or face shunning.

Abbagail, it doesn't phase me one bit if people don't believe in conspiracies. I have relatives and acquaintances who belong to such groups as mention on your posts. I've cited enough reputable names for any person to do their personal research on the subject. I'm into politics, I don't read about it !!!!

"Mature" JW's READ THIS:
by Honesty in"mature" jw's, what do you "believe" you are accomplishing by coming on this board?.
page 371 paragraph 22 of the june 15, 1967 watchtower magazine says, "in addition to all of this, a persons faith can be weakened by what he reads and takes into his mind, dwelling upon "higher criticism," relying on worldly philosophers.
it should be remembered that, when we are reading a book, the author of the book becomes ones teacher, and for this reason great care should be taken in selecting reading matter.

AN EXAMPLE OF HOW J.W.'S PLAY THE "GUILT CARD"
by Warlock inthe world plays the "race card".

May this great grand-dad offer a suggestion to turn this around. Invite her out to more dinners at different restaurants routinely. Go for long walks, do things she likes to do but can't due to her steadfast beliefs. You don't have to ask her directly what she likes to do but listen carefully to the things she talks about and do them. Women love surprises, like, buy her ONE flower on a routine basis. They say it's the thought that counts. So, make it count. The key thing here is do things together GRADUALLY. Break her witness habits and develop new ones. Another key here is, give it time. Use the witness method, be tactful, don't lead on what your planning to do. You'll find it interesting yourself.

Would you really want to live forever

it is a very compelling story about following your dreams.
what i found most intriguing about the book is the depth of spirituality it brought out in me.

The world IS getting worse!!
by themonster123 ini'm telling you- i honestly think people are getting more immoral!!
i saw something on the news last night where some bicycler got hit in the middle of the road in the middle of a huge intersection and people were slowing down to go around him.

Without doubt ! People who don't agree with me SHOULD get in involved in community affairs and politics. I've ran for councilman and Mayor in my home town and believe me you get to see the true picture of a corrupt system. It's easy to express an opinion, get INVOLVED ! Politics is everywhere.

Abbagail, the following are names that you may want to check out. Myron C. Fagan, G. Edward Griffin, Eustace Mullins, William Guy Carr, Antony C. Sutton, Bejamin H. Freedman, Gary Allen and Ralph Epperson. Mind you, they're are others. People who do not believe in conspiracies should think twice, why, well, why are sites about the org. on forums of this nature?
I personally deal with people/groups who want to control others in my community.
