Jesus' Physical Resurrection = Take the Ransom Back?

in my "study," we have encountered the matter of whether or not jesus' physical body rose from the dead.

i brought up a couple of scriptures that seem to indicate physical (john 2:18-22 and john 10:17,18).

the jw's i am "studying" with explained how, although those verses may appear to indicate physical, jesus couldn't have meant that because if he physically rose from the dead, he would have taken back the ransom.. now that i know the wt reasoning on this, can someone point me to another source, link, book, article, etc.

We're reading an incomplete story in the Bible because of the Catholic Church and their editing. Jesus was resurrected with a "light body", which we all have and are connected to right now. Eastern medicine has been working with the light body for millennia. The Russians have cameras that can photograph this energy. It's not carbon based, but crystalline based. This is why Jesus could walk through walls but still show the holes in his hands to Doubting Thomas and eat food like a regular person.

What's been hidden from us by mainly the Roman Church is that we all have this ability to be what Jesus was and to do what he did. We simply need to raise our vibration level with more love and less fear, and with a little help from the universe.

this is an interesting blog post by the author cj werleman - write of the books god hates you, hate him back and jesus lied - he was only human.

he writes with a good dose of humor which usually helps get his point across.. the blog post dissects the latest gallup poll results regarding 40% of americans believe in biblical creationism.

but the point i found interesting in it was that if you don't believe the genesis account is literal....then jesus atoned for the sin of a fictitious character, adam.. here is a quote from the blog...but please give the whole thing a read, makes more sense that way:.

Someone asked the Rolling Stones' Keith Richards how he comes up with all the music he writes. He responded, something to the effect of, it's already out there in the air, and he just taps into it.

I don't think it's an accident that the Internet God came along when it did, just a couple of decades before we begin a quantum leap in human consciousness. The information has always been "out there" to grasp at any time, but our equipment hasn't been working well. I mean the entire endocrine system but especially the pineal gland, our antenna to the universal "web". Psychics are "plugged in" to varying degrees.

The Internet is a prelude to the future, when our "wireless" systems will kick in from a massive DNA upgrade coming out from the center of the galaxy.

"Sin" is an invention of a priesthood. Jesus taught karma, that you reap what you sow. It may not happen in a single lifetime. According to Josephus, most of the early church fathers and rabbis, and even the Bible, reincarnation was the common belief at the time. This was evidenced by some disciples asking Jesus why a man was born blind, was it his sin or his parents' sin that caused it. Jesus didn't turn around and refute their belief in this reasoning, he simply said "neither, but that so the will of God can be made manifest".

So, Jesus died for no one's sin at all. He died because a corrupt priesthood killed him to preserve their own status quo. The TRUE God never asked for this (see Psalms 40:6).

In this day and age of computers and all their functions....search engines, the web, concordances, etc., the Bible simply cannot stand up to the slightest scrutiny. Take the Old Testament for example. It says in some places that God visits iniquity upon future generations, and in other places it says that sons cannot be held accountable for the sins of their fathers. And then there's the geneologies....I think the Christians would be far better off not even bringing up the subject. You have two different geneologies in Matthew and Luke, and one of them leads up to Joseph, who HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH IT!!!! Plus, according to the OT, Jesus was DISQUALIFIED because of his geneology!

Shall I go on?

Ok, a little more.

Humans were walking this planet at least 75,000 years ago. That it an indisputable fact. That in itself makes the Bible a joke.

It took the Catholic Church many many councils and hundreds of years to piece together a New Testament that would complement the Messiah prophecies of the OT... and its full of contradictions. The OT never even mentions a "virgin birth", only a "maiden", and it had NOTHING TO DO WITH JESUS! But, there are PLENTY of virgin births in the MYTHS.

These BS doctrines that we swallowed up, most of them weren't even FORMULATED until HUNDREDS OF YEARS after Jesus.

Nazareth wasn't even a real town!

I mean, where do we stop and say, if one link in the chain is busted (let alone MANY), the chain ain't gonna work?

The bottom line? Jesus came to expose the God of the Pharisees, Jehovah, as an underboss god who thought he was the Most High. It's like an imposter, a scumbag, standing in for your father, and you're trying to clear your father's name. On top of that, Jesus was exposing the fact that the Pharisees were taking the Keys of Knowledge (Gnosis) and hiding them. Jesus was a SERIOUS THREAT TO THEIR WORLD!!! He was bringing the true teaching that leads to ascension. That's why they killed him. Then, they had to kill all his TRUE followers and burn all their writings. If you look into Simon the Magus, you can see how it was a Jewish Mystic who founded the Catholic Church to carry on the Pharisee tradition. Out of THAT we get more Pharisee BS like the JW cult.

As saviors go, it seems someone is always trying to kill them as an infant. Take Moses for example, or the child in Revelation that has to be snatched away from the Serpent. It's part of the mythology.

Jesus was taken to Egypt so he could study in the Mystery Schools. They couldn't put that in the Bible though, because "God" would automatically know everything....

So, who's the liar?

Compare this to the ancient myths. The "Creator" is ALWAYS the bad guy with numerous issues to contend with. Only in the Bible does "God" create a perfect world.

It isn't rocket science. It's just the biggest deception in the history of the planet, but now it's the information age and the human race is finally learning to see the Bible for what it is.... a baby book on the surface and a truth-telling metaphor underneath.
