Allen Carr's 'Easy Way To Stop Smoking' definitely helped me to quit. The book attacks the myths of smoking that it relaxes you, that it's a 'sinful pleasure' etc.. would highly recommend it.

Does anyone have any ideas or suggestions regarding "attention seekers"?
by BonaFide inwe all love it when people pay attention to us or our opinions.
but what i am talking about is people who crave and force attention from others.
not just people who talk a lot, but those that force everyone around them to focus on them and them only.. in one of my classes there is a woman who raises her hand to ask a question, but never really has a question to ask.

I agree with Vinny also... it's one thing to argue and de-rail threads... but to spout accusations and accuse a new poster of "hating" when all they are doing is telling their story is going too far.

I really love SP, but I must admit I have a hard time clearly hearing a lot of the dialogue. Anyone else have that problem?

Maybe a joke will help?
*clears throat*
Why do elephants paint their toes red?
So they can hide in cherry trees.
Ever seen an elephant in a cherry tree?....
Works huh?
*dodges the rotten tomatoes and blocks her ears to the boos as she quietly exits the stage*

It seems to only happen to the first post on a new page, once the second post has been made it's ok. Don't really know what would cause that but might have a looksie around anyway out of curiosity if nothing else.

OK Reniaa... I'll bite. I say "watchtower" instead of "Jehovah's Witnesses" because for as long as I can remember, (going back a long, long, looong time) I've never really been able to distinguish between the two. Jehovah's witnesses follow what the watchtower says... simple.
As for being 'proof' of "buzz-words" etc... tell me again what is the official website for the Jehovah's Witnesses? Is it www.jehovahs-witness.org? Or is it www.watchtower.org? How do you think it was possible for Simon to get the domain name 'jehovahs-witness' in the first place? He (as I understand it) registered the name late 2000, some 4 years after the watchtower.org site went up. If they are so concerned about Jehovah's name (and protecting it) why was it available in the first place? It's not hard to register an available domain name... why wasn't it done sooner?

Reniaa, you're the one who is getting hot and bothered about the fact most of us are anti-Watchtower. I never said it should be an ex-jw only site, I was responding to your argument that the site is deceptive in not making it clear that anti-Watchtower talk is allowed, which is what you were implying. You automatically assume because we're not pro-Watchtower that we have some hidden agenda... we don't, just putting our story and findings out there. I see no reason for anyone to say this is where mostly ex-jw's post... that's the Watchtower's rules, no one elses and you demanding that in the first place suggests that you were only seeking pro-sites in the first place.
