i have been searching internet reviews about this and i can't seem to find a definite winner:.

what is the best kind of slimming underwear (panties) that are comfortable, won't roll down at the waist, and will be invisible under dress slacks?.

i've looked at spanx, bali, lipo in a box, and others.

IMO the truly slimming ones are not worth wearing....torture! I would go for something less expensive that covers the worst of it, and try to be comfortable in your skin.

i recently learned that the meaning of the word "paradise" comes from the persian language and means: walled garden.

funny thing is, ive been taught from infancy that the word simply meant "garden", which sounds lovely and desirable.

But they were right in that I suffer daily the sorrow of not being truly free. I still cannot do what I yearn most of all. These words I’m writing, and so many more that clamor to flow through me onto paper, can not be published. If I ever let free all that is in my heart and say to the world: "This is me, this is my story!", I will lose what I most hold dear.

Candy bars remind me of my youth in the 60's as a witness. Most of them were illegal because of lethicin= blood.

Does Fading from the Borg Lead to Deceit in Other Walks of Life?

please, please remember i am asking a question, not stating a fact.. .

there appears to be many advantages to fading out of the 'truth' as opposed to a full blown "i don't believe it and i'm out of here regardless of consequences'' policy.. reading others postings and experiences here and my own local experiences i can truly see why many do so.

i remember during the later stages of my still attending meetings talking to a couple who had stopped going to meetings a few years before.

Thomas Covenent I think this is a very valid issue for discussion on this board. I agree with OTWO about the stand to not judge or criticize others for fading or for not fading. It is an extremely difficult situation that I would not wish on anyone. It is made up of many daily decisions that add up to much more about being grey than black and white. Just because we are grey in a black and white ORG does not make us horrible deceitful people.

Personally, I believe my fade did damage my character. If I had found this site sooner, it might not have been as devistating to me. I could have gotten off the gerble wheel of "I am a bad person-I'm not a bad person-I am a bad person..." and began to work through it more mechanically than emotionally. It was so much about not being ready/able to face the consequences of complete honesty. I wasn't ready to lose my husband. I knew he might stay with me, but would certainly abandon me emotionally. I couldn't handle that, COULD NOT HANDLE THAT, during the years of my fade. That's is just honest. Right or wrong....it is honest.

it appears that there are more men than women who are.

realizing the truth about "the truth" and are leaving the organization either by "the fade".

IMO I don't think that the WT dellusion is bias to gender. Women may not sit in committee meetings and see all the contradictions first hand, but they know about it. Just ask an elder's wife and everyone in her car group that morning. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to see the giant crader-like holes in the WT reasoning that claims to possess the "truth". Once the fog of the dellusion starts to lift, it might be possible that women have a tendency to hang in their longer, struggle more, lie to themsleves more, and then FREAK OUT and go out in flames.

Well, that was my experience anyway.
