what are your favourite computer games?
i want to buy some so what do you recommend?
i think simulation games such as those explaining how ancient civilisations worked are very educational and useful.
It has been a long time since I did much gaming, so these would be dated. I really enjoyed Oregon Trail II. The original was too cartoony and the later ones tried to hard to be like a movie. II was perfect for playability. I also liked Lemmings. I mostly played it on the Amiga computer, but played the PC port some. One more I like is Frozen Bubble. It comes pretty standard with a Linux system.

should we feel some sympathy for the governing body?
after all they have taken on thr reins of power over a corporation that has very bad,, dead end business stradagy based on a dellusional idea that the end of the world would come based on dates found or imagined in the bible,, a book about ancient deity worship with all its superstition about what make him angry and mad.. they have bought into this dellusion with their heart and soul,,they stand to loss big time now that the internet is here,, the internet is their satan and his demons on the net are taking aim..
There is a huge pile of evidence that the leaders in this corporation KNOW that it is a scam.
It is the literature.
Article after article is published that is craftily written in a manner that can be interpreted ambiguously so when trouble comes up they have some lattitude to claim deniability. If these were men who really believed what they were teaching, their articles would be unambiguous about what they teach. It might be nonsensical, and have poor scholarship, but they would make unabiguous claims that you could pin down on them.
They don't.
Their selective misquotes and their assertions are very carefully crafted, almost as if written by lawyers and PR spokesholes.
when it suits them , they claim their is no clergy laity distinction, yet in court cases they appeal to this privelidge of division ..on the other hand when a rank & file member is before the courts for whatever reason , he / she is not a representative of the wtb&ts , and is not a" volunteer" of the said organization and apparently not one of their clergy, nor apparently, not one of the laity .then again in their official publications they state that all baptized jehovah`s witnesses are ordained ministers of god......?.
if their is no distinction between these two classes then either they are either all clergy or .
they are all laity .
I have devised a simple "Kurt test" to see if there is a clergy distinction or not.
If any baptised member in good standing can perform baptism, weddings and other ordination done by the religion, then there is no distinction. If hey can not and only certain approved members can perform those rites, then there is a distinction. There is no tap dancing around that test.
Watchtower lawyers have said, in sworn court testimony, (Gilbert Simental case and Kelle Jarka case) that the organization does have a clergy/penitant arrangement, so either the lawyers lied under oath, or the publications are lying. Or both.

Yes, christiandom. Often when it was mentioned in my study I would point out that they are bashing Christians again and that it was religious bigotry. I never conceded them a distinction in that word. Even when they would say it was false Christians, I told them they did not have the authority to judge who is a true or false Christian, only Christ had that authority.
