watch out, the admins on this forum have hit me b/c of using the C-word by deleting my post and saying it was for 'either swearing or hate speech'....yet, the posts of those who are happy that a human died, even if it was a jw, will probably get a pass....so that might not be hate speech.

but its not just the admin's fault, i'm sure it has to do with the rednecks on this board complaining about a c-word.

most of us have been victims of the misinformation of the wtbts in the past and came out of it.....for anyone to wish death on a jw is a complete idiot b/c given time some will find out the truth about what they're a part of and leave...and may look for help here.

there should be no disrespect for those who died in the concentration camps, but there should definitely be disrespect for the wtbts using it as a campaign and for publicity purposes.

i got a notice in the mail today taht i am eligible to receive a court-approved refund of fees charged to my eligible credit/debit card.

the fees were based on foreign transactions, including both purchases and atm withdrawals from feb 1996 to november 2006. the only places i traveled out of the country during that time was in canada around 1999 and when i went to denmark, sweden and london last year.. did anybody else who has visa, mastercard and or diners club and travel much receive one of these notices in the mail?

oh, but let me make a ps: credit card companies are scams in themselves with their advertising and we get constant offers to put cash right into our bank account today because of our good credit, while the small print shows 25% interest rates. i still don't support class action law suits, but i also don't support credit card companies....but i'm cynical of most big business.

class action lawsuits 99% of the time make money for the lawyers and dribble down minimal compensation for the people they are so called representing. if you get $20 compensation, i'd be surprised.

getting a notice in the mail about it and never hearing about it from the lawyers in any other way is a huge sign of it just being another whacked justice system scam filling the pockets of schister lawyers.

i never sign or accept any of those settlements when they come in the mail because i don't want to contribute to what's mostly a legal scam....there are law offices who just seek out ways to file class action lawsuits to make millions, sometimes on a minor discrepancy in wording on a legal form....sometimes putting entire companies out of business (with employees) who really didn't deserve it.

have only been out of the organisation for 2 months and the wounds still run deep.

did they give you an estimated time of when you should turn in your letter to get reinstated? i know the wtbts has lightened up on the length of time for df'ing, but don't know if old schoolers are blocking that. if you quit, you might be able to go back in three months or so, put on the water-works, your best acting, 'oh, you've made me realize the errors of my course and how close to being on satan's side.....' yadda yadda yadda, then do the fade.

ask you doctor for xanax, it can get you through meetings, you'll feel stoned and there will be nothing on your breath....it's really legitimate b/c you'd be going into a stressful situation three times a week, so a little chemical hug could help.

using my marriage as my only experience and not knowing your experience, i would try to do the get back in, then fade out.

not now b/c i've been out for eight years, if they wanted to go after me i wouldn't even meet with them b/c they don't have any power over me....it would cut off some relatives if i got df'ed, but i'm personally working through depression and anxiety and the only reason i'd ever step into a back room at a kh would be b/c i had to make a fart.

but, eight years ago, or ten years ago, since i wouldn't have completely faded yet, i'd try to pull your plan off.

oh, and it worked for someone i know....df'ed, then faded and his wife is still 'in', but they're happy now.

man, they just want to even give creative stats regarding the holocaust....they've been dancing that dance of 'look at how great we were' and 'this can happen any time again b/c the great tribulation, so stick with us'.

you know what would be a better statistic, how many died in malawi b/c the wtbts was too proud to reverse their idiotic decision and trying to save face....i bet it's more than in the concentration camps.

exactly what i was going to say. loose conduct is mostly a way for a JC to loosely throw a judgment @ ya...people assume it's sexual, but they use it for brazen attitude. example, you could get busted for loose conduct for watching an r-rated movie and if they elders counsel you on it and you're like, wtf? you're all out of your minds you freaks. that would be loose conduct.

loose conduct is the guantanamo bay of the wtbts.

an elder gave a talk supporting higher education at a different kh. the body of elders asked to talk to him right after and asked for his resources. he showed them all the quotes from the wtbts, of days gone by, that supported his talk.

the assemblies parts are usually practiced in front of the DO and CO. well, that's how it went when i was in parts in the 80's. anything the CO and DO saw as off-topic or not in line w/ the propaganda was squashed in those practice sessions.
