Buddy, make as many friends as u can. Try. Get ur mind on cool stuff like T and A. It helps a lot. And when ur out and about dont remind yourself of all the crap u did for 20 yrs over and over and over. If u dont already have a girlfriend GET ONE. or 2-immediately reveal yourself to mankind.. none of us has a direct line to him and im not even sure im convinced he exists like i was taught from childhood.
but damit i cannot understand for the life of me, why if he exists, he doesnt show himself in some way.... we know no one has absolute truth.our exp has shown us that just when we think we have the truth we were dead wrong.

I used to ask my exinlaws that during ARMAGEDDON while HE was killing off all the unbelievers WOULD JAH actually kill the doctors in all the hospitals all over the world performing lifesaving surgery for children with cancer.......well he did kill children for just calling prophet baldy..so .............sometimes it just doesnt make sense. Right now im agnostic and happy with that.

We all know no activity on this earth is without fault. Weve known this for so long. So why must He persist in not displaying an event for our mutual cohesion like a father would for his son. If we conclude that he refuses to do this then it follows that he must be waiting for US to do something or maybe HE doesnt care if we believe in HIM or not.

i would like to know what exactly do you expect will happen in relation to the jehovahs witness organization.
for eg: "e-watchman" thinks its always been the truth and yhwh will clean house.
How do you feel? I would like to know what exactly do YOU expect will happen in relation to the Jehovahs Witness Organization. For eg: "E-Watchman" thinks its always been the truth and YHWH will clean house. Others expect the Society to evolve slowly into a more evil Orwellian empire. Yrs ago when i read JPentons book toward the end he simply said it as i recall, it would be persist as long as their were ppl to believe. I personally feel the Society will never fade away, (say like the WWchurch of God) because its promise of living for ever in a a new world order and other promises have 2much pull for the always present disallousioned. BUT do most of you want to see the org obliterated and done away with or would you like if it remained as a crutch for ppl after all the skeletons came out?
do you think that the internet and xjw forums caught the watchtower off guard?
just a few years ago, disfellowshipped ones were powerless and rendered silent by the watchtower.. to what degree do you think the internet has made life difficult for the watchtower?.

Doubted it at age16. Kept it to myself for 6 more yrs reading everything i could. Was MS and about to be appointed Elder when i read In Search of C Freedom. Boom! Sent letters to everyone in my congregation. Put questions in local paper. Mailed questions to family members. Was in service and put a JW on the spot in front of a bible study. Got interviewed for tv JW program. Put doubts in mind of elders who came over to help me. Sent letters to Bethelites. Ex wife found letters told elders. ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,but

yesterday i called a family on the west coast that were in my congregation 18 years ago.
between parents, kids and marriage partners, there were six of them who had been witnesses.
they have all faded, and have had nothing to do with the witnesses for at least 15 year or more.. yet, none of them is in any way active even in looking at the ex-jw sites online.
I can def relate. I had 0% to do with exJWs in anyway once i was out ..1st though I attend the Atlanta exJW affair to meet some former Bethelites and RF but i soon put it all behind me and had other things on my mind other than religious matters. I left around the same time Frank Toth(terrific dude) did and even though we shared a common past our paths went separate ways due to my religious disintrest and my WORLDLY intrests..namely girls, fun and frolic. I was so upset at how my life had turned out i felt i had missed out on so much sex (the truth is the truth) and fun,and the last thing i wanted was to be active in anti jw anything...Also i remember seeing a guy dressed up in a monkey suit outside of the assemblies along with born again JWs that turned me off so much .ahhhhhh. Life was too short to worry about what JWs were up to..but now i seem to have fewer ppl in my life and so much family still in it that im older so this seems to be a perfect place to visit and see what/how others are dealing
hi everyone - i have posted only a couple times here but felt the urge to let loose a little bit today.
i am 41 years old, and after being brainwashed for the last 35 years, i can no longer continue as a jw - i have not been inside a kingdom hall in over a year, my friends and family have shunned me and i have very few associates outside of "the truth".. now i am not here to cry and feel sorry for myself.
but i would like to hear from some who are/were in a similar situation.

Hi im around the same age.42, and raised in the CLUB (nr Toronto).......were u married , kids, parents still in it? All yes for me....imstill dealing with it......for me i didnt have a single thing to do with relgion for years and years until i realized im agnostic and happy with that....it really really is a bunch of nonsense that for some ppl ends up being a hope for the future thats better than nothing cause they dont know anybetter.....anyways ttyl and chin up
