  i was wondering if any of you have read this tract that was given out at the district convention .. i found in this tract they are pushing the fulltime ministry more than ever before.

  they in so many words say if you are not a fulltime minister you are not serving god.

  it stated that youths today should not strive for academic success.

  My advice to you is to get him to be candid with you by discussing where this relationship is going and DO NOT let him give you evasive answers. I think that it is important for you to get beneath the surface of this guy. If you don't like it then get out.

  I know that it would be heartbreaking for you but remember this; doing the right thing is always difficult and in the long run you WILL be better for it. Establish your own self-identity. Let NO ONE own you. YOU have the right to be Happy.

  Just writing the letter took great courage. I hope and pray that she does take what you said to heart. You put the ball in her court and now she's got to decide whether or not she wants to quit the game. I hope that you do follow-through if she continues the game.

  i'm tired as hell today.

  yesterday, i typed up a flyer saying how jehovah's witnesses' protect pedophiles, and how many who have spoken out trying to protect children from wt policy have been excommunicated from the church.

  i didn't want to make it too long, but i ended by saying "how would you feel if on saturday morning, a knock comes to the door and your 6 year old runs to open it.

  Why are people racist?

  something on the song thread that i posted, song by tu pac, got me to thinking about racisim.

  why do people discriminate against people that have different color skin?

  i understand it is a learned response, but my "elder" father is very racist... and this is how i was raised.. i don't get it.

  Racists are not born, they are created. A child is not born a racist but in a number of homes they are indoctrinated into racism. If we are to change then first we must change from within and, hopefully; it will change in the home, in the neighborhood and throughout the world.
