help, cuz i am like a scared baby
by Vivamus init's 2 am, and my whole country is asleep and i badly need to talk, and someone to hold me.
i have been out of this fucking cult for nearly two years, and i have not been bothered by demonz since then ... until now.
right.. i woke up, not able to breathe and see a thing, and i grabbed the phone to call my boyfriend, but i must have misdialed ( thank god, cuz he'd think i was nuts otherwise) and then i tried to scream, but i couldn't.

Short update(s) on my neighbor

What a wonderful account! Thank you for relating it to us. I especially liked the part about there being absolutely no biblical scripture to support "wait on Jehovah" when is child is molested. That point needs to be driven home to every Jehovah's Witness. Please keep us informed of your progress.

Irreverent Got Good News

he has been in heart rehab (diet and exercise and close monitoring) and meds since then.
last week, he was told that the heart transplant was off the table.

I can appreciate what you're going through, many of us have been there ourselves. It will get better, though. The best way to deal with this fear is to educate yourself about the Watchtower. You will discover that they are the disloyal ones.

Umm, what ever happened to safe sex? You should be slappin' the latex on each and every time. That should prevent anything from happening, especially if the girl uses back-up. And protects you from AIDS.

The "New Personality"

now, before i was a jw i was friendly and easy to get along with.
it only took a few years of exposure to the cult before i noticed personality changes.

My " new personality" was an uptight, nervous, judgemental fool. Always pretending to be something I wasn't. Always a charade because the new personality never "took," and feeling guilty as hell because it didn't.
Now I'm still uptight and nervous, and occasionally still a fool, but at least I'm FREE to be myself.

What's your biggest phobia?

i can handle any other bug, snakes, mice, etc....but get me near a spider, and i nearly have a breakdown.. this morning, i went to grab some clothes from the bathroom to wash, felt something crawling on my arm, looked down, giant, hairy, brown spider.
i still have the heebie-jeebies, and i probably woke up the neighbors.. *shudder*.

Spiders, dead animals of any kind, mice (they used to run across my bed in our farm house when I ws a kid) DOCTORS, and flying.
Not necesarily in that order.

surgery tomorrow
by kls inwednesday is the big day.i am going in for rotator cuff surgery and i am very nervous.i have lived in pain now for 6months not wanting to do this but the time has come.i am also going to have bone spurs dug out that have grown into the cuff.
the scarriest part is the pain ,i am in so much now and i know it will be worse.wish me luck and lots of pain killers.
