  Watchtower offer at the Farmer's Market

  today i went to the farmer's market to sell my bread, cinnamon rolls, cookies, canned jellies and mustard and goat milk soap an fudge.

  this lady comes up and starts raving about how good my bread looks.

  i use all natural ingredients and it is good bread but i was really starting to feel like a piece of toast.

  Well it's official: free2think is no longer part of the congregation

  as some of you may know i am fading.

  well my dad, an elder, has now said that i am no longer part of the congregation, woohoo.

  i am not da'd or df'd or reproved so my question is what does that mean?

  Free, I hope my fade is still smooth after a year goes by. However, since these elders have spent all this time and prayer on you and reached some farsical decision, I wish you could mess with them. Try mailing or calling in your time each month!!!!!

  Went to bookstudy last night, ugh!

  i have a couple who have been my friends for years, i studied with them and they became witnoids.

  he is now and ms and was conducting a book study in a home last night.

  Great post and what strength you showed for your friend. It's funny but I just got back from a good buddy of mine who is MS and has the big talk this sunday. Several in his fam have already told me to come and I prob will. I had set a goal here a JWD to do a bookstudy review each week after the meeting and just point out a few whoppers. I made one. I just could not take it, plus it is Sat morning and I am not a morining person.

  Anyway, by buddy says he sure does miss me at bookstudy. Why? Because he cant stand the conductor, and my comments/questions "always make him squirm so bad." lol

  QFR: New light on Annointed? No more Holy Spirit than the rest of us?

  question for all of those in the know:.

  i've been getting snipits of info on some threads concerning some possible "new light" that was supposedly in a recent questions from readers.

  from what i could briefly gather, it states that the annointed don't have any more "holy spirit" inside them than do the great crowd.

  Wings: If they don't have any more Holy Spirit than the rest of us, then how can the FDS claim to be channels of God, true interpreters of The Bible, etc???

  The FDS does not really make this claim. I have been thinking a lot about that article and the FDS lately and if you get right down to it, it is the GB that SAYS the FDS is that channel. Has anyone EVER heard of an instance where all the anointed on earth (the FDS) are consulted on a topic, and they get together and pray, or at least all vote somehow on the matter, and a decision is reached and the answer published in the WT???????

  I dare say not. The GB just does this on their own, and even getting to be a GB is not a decision the the FDS makes together.

  ok, so maybe i didn't take as long a break from here as first expected, but i've accomplished what i wanted.

  as far as borg stuff goes....... the co and po stopped by unannounced last week, even after i cancelled the scheduled meeting with him.

  i'm finally going to be deleted as an ms thankfully.

  You may need to change your subject line. If it is "official" a letter is read from the platform. Did that happen or did your dad just express his own opinion to you? Is he personally "marking" you and are others inapproiately talking about you behing your back?

  i just had to send a letter to the editor (see my next post) after the waynesville, north carolina local newspaper published this lovely little puff piece about jehovah's witnesses.. the last parts about blood transfusion and the "loving practice" of disfellowshipping were so absurd!.

  Good Catch Gopher. How did you come across this, and what bigger city in NC is Waynesville near? I wrote the editor complaining about anti-ORAL SEX instructions from the Watchtower!
