  hi folks,.

  i'm just sort of taking role call to all those x-dubs who are now brothers and sisters in christ.

  i think it is wise for us to rise up and be counted so that we know who each other are.

  i was haveing a conversation with my wife on some things and she asked me "well what does your preist think?

  "....i had to explain that i went to a church that has a pastor not a preist.

  have you ever heard bitter divorcees relate their experiences about their former husbands or wives?

  most of the time, if it is a wife telling the story, her former husband could not do anything right.

  he was a terrible father, lover, provider, cook, gardener and he smelled funky and was abusive.

  i emailed the 3 local tv news websites and the local paper.. i've gotten 2 responses back, one a form letter and this one from wmaz-13 was a personal response:.

  JW's are an unknown fringe group

  i went to a dinner party tonight that had about 100 people, all non jws.

  laughter and merriment and a good time was had by all.. these were good honest hard working people who have no clue as to what jws believe or that they are going to be judged according to whether they believe like witnesses do.. it impressed on my mind just how unknown witnesses are and how little people pay any attention to their message.. witnesses think they are the center of the universe.
