An ode to elder bob
by NvrKssdNObutt inelder bob is one of the meanest snakes i ever ran across ---- i guess it would cause this site problems if i told you where he is a hitman elder in northwest arkansas ----- hmmmm elder bob the hitman and james t in the same post --------last time i talked to him i took him outside and informed him that he is the poorest excuse for both a human and an elder.
the idiot even gave the kids the emblems to eat and drink as soon as the memorial was over one nite.

Vegetarian Question

To me an ear splitting headache usually means an empty gas tank. If you have a low bfi index, you are starving yourself. Please also check your insulin level..
According to a recent msn bit of research, the most healthies foods are: beets,cabbage,swiss chard,cinnamon,purselane(no idea), pommegranate juice,goji berrys(?) ,dried plumbs,pumpkin seeds.
According to that dude on pbs, walnuts several times a day. Also for men, tons of tomato sauce.
I lived a totally meatless diet for years in my young adult days, as well as fat free lifestyle, and I look and feel better at 51 than many at 40.
I eat very small amounts of meat now-maybe 1 or 2 ounces, but i drink lots of water, and o.j.
Everyone is right to reccomend a health check up, but a protein free diet is hard. If you are overweight, exercise helped me recently. My blood pressure was 150 over 104- poor. After losing over 20 lbs, 118 over 78.
If I was a Witness, I would never have known the trouble I was in 2 years ago. How come> Well it was a nurse at our blood donor clinic who explained what to do about it.
I am a faithful blood donor here in Canada. Good luck. It's worth it.

When I started my research about what my friend had been attempting to teach, it was only recently that I discovered that their bible had been altered. I confronted him about that. He said" who's to say which is the most accurate". I said it's probably one that's much older than his. There is much less truth in a book that is far from original.
The chapter I have just read is done so well, I would have thought this was done by someone I would refer to as a seasoned writer. Dissapointing it's not to be finished. I for one would be pleased to buy one. You might reconsider, or go public-dare I say the media?

My Jw bud and I were listening to a song called "Still haven't found what I've been looking for" By U2 I believe. He hated it so much he turned off the radio. Not sure if it was the message that pissed him off!!
