  it's very likely that the two will have to be kept in solitary confinement for the rest of their lives in prison or face an attack by other inmates.

  i have no idea what i want to convey in words here on this site, and have surprised myself by even joining at all.

  i intended just to read, and get a few pieces of information, and now am a member, and spend many hours looking through posts old and new alike.

  i am a current jw, born into it, and lets just say i'm in my thirties, female, and a mom of more than your average kids.

  The toll on women..

  this has probably already been discussed to some degree on here.

  but i think its probably a commonly noticed thing that jehovahs witness women and becoming more and more unstable mentally and physically as a whole.

  they seem to suffer from a bizzarely high percentage of scent sensitivities, chronis fatigue syndrome and the like.are they making it up for attention?

  bluecanary has discovered the correct diagnosis.

  These people need a legal reason to get off the gerbil wheel from time to time so all these different maladies come to the surface. We just ran into a woman today who left the meeting early because she didn't feel good. So on the way home she went to the grocery store.

  I think as time goes on many of us will began to feel more and more like that. However it's not just about how we feel it's also about loved ones that we have that may still be caught inside of it and that will always hurt.

  The WTBTS is in charge of itself. It is a Corporation. Corporation's were created to become their own entity. Because this entity is not human but it lives, it has no sense of justice nor does it care about humans. It only exists to survive and grow like any corporation does.

  If the lawyers are now making the decisions, be assured they are making these decisions for one reason only and that reason is to keep the corporation ALIVE it is not programmed to die and it will do anything it can to stay alive.

  just a few questions I don't want to ask directly hell

  hello - first may i apologise for capital letters my keyboard has gone screwy.

  for the last several months i have been having meetings with two really nice women from the jw organisation.

  i don't want to offend anyone by asking these questions i am simply trying to better understand how the watchtower came about without listening to too much anti stuff.

  Janey,

  You mentioned that you didn't think the witnesses were any more of a cult that any other religion. This is a common misperception amongst many but know this.

  If you become a baptized witness, and you make friends and other family members become witnesses you can not quit if you later disagree with any of their teachings.

  IE:

  1914

  The blood issue

  ETC.

  If you change your mind at any time after you are baptized you can't just quit and keep your family and friends. YOU WILL BE SHUNNED BY OTHERS OR IN WHAT AN ELDER TOLD ME, YOU WILL BE CONSIDERED DEAD BY MEMBERS OF THE JEHOVAH'S WITNESSES.

  It's sort of like the Mafia, you can join but you can't quit or your dead.
