  HERE'S THE 2007 SERVICE YEAR REPORT

  i'm not sure if this has been posted yet, so i took the liberty of scanning a copy.

  here is the figures for the 2007 service year report.

  interesting that over 9,000 partook at the memorial last year when the numbers should be going down.

  ..Vending Machines and JW Assemblies..

  .."out of order"..no vending machine is complete at a jw assembly,without an "out of order" sign on it.....of course it`s not true..the machine works fine..it`s just one of the many lies jw`s are willing to accept from the wbt$.....although..this lie is extremely large and visible,it`s a frigg`n vending machine!..lol!

  !.............does the management that rents the facilities to the wbt$,know the wbt$ is disabling them?....does the owners of the vending machines know the wbt$ is disabling them,and interfering with their right to do business in that facility?......could the wbt$ be sued for loss of vending machine business?.......wouldn`t it be fun to let the vending machine owners know their machines are being disabled,at jehovah`s witness assemblies?......it would mean more bad publicity for the wbt$ for lying and court cases they couldn`t win...................outlaw

  My three year old son and I were belly pushed away from a vending machine covered with butcher paper with "Out Of Order" hand written on it by two Witness security guards at a district assembly in Bismarck North Dakota. The guards demanded to know my name and the name of the congregation I reported to.
  
  The guards told me Dewayne Matz was their boss and he was responsible for the sings on the machines and he was responsible for them belly pushing a 3 year old child away from a candy machine.

  having been raised in the truth, i thought that i had all the answers in the watchtower publications.

  but as i started really reading the bible without filters, a lot of stuff started to appear that made no sense to me.

  1) genesis 2:2: and by the seventh day god came to the completion of his work that he had made, and he proceeded to rest on the seventh day from all his work that he had made.. .

  im glad that i was able to find this forum website.

  i understand that 1914 (the day of jesus' return) was calculated through the book of daniel.

  Nope! 1914 was calculated by the second Adventists by adding 40 years to 1874. 1874 was calculated by adding 30 years to 1844. 1844 was calculated by adding 1 year to 1843.

  now, i haven't been there in close to 10 years so my memory is a little sketchy.. from my memory, the only parts a sister would have would be a talk in the ministry school section or an experience.

  i'll give a little back ground.

  i was raised in the witness organization however in about 1993 i encountered much hypocrisy and left for about 3 years.

  I was raised by Witness parents and baptized at age 12 in 1957. Obedience and acceptance were presumed. I quit associating with the Witness people because of the Witness people. I didn't study Witness history or Witness teachings such as the anti-types until I had some time and distance between me and the Witness people.
  
  From an objective distance, the content, without the context, is ridiculous. Without the Witness inculcating from age 7 on, and the demanded compliance to Witness directions from my parents, no way in the world I'd have become a Witness on my own.

  Ever have a gout attack?

  i get this every couple of years and it is the most painful thing i've ever experienced.

  I carry Indomethicin in my travel bag. I take it right at the start of an attack. I was prescribed Allopurinol as well. I never had gout until I took Maxide for blood pressure treatment a few years. I can go years between gout attacks now. I still won't be without Indomethicin within easy reach.

  Need advice Memorial

  i left the troof (forced df, i may tell the story in the future) i had absolutely no contact with my family for 7 years.

  even after years of research and every day for years as a lurker on jwd, in a moment of weakness, because i thought i was missing something i went back.

  i figured i could take the good and ignore the bad and everything would be o.k.

  my dissfelowshipped hub not happy about our child visiting grandma

  i have finally got grandma to agree to seeing her grandchild , and hubby does not want it , he thinks that if she cant be bothered to make time for her then i should not chase it up , this is his mother , im not a dub , i can see his point but think it important to try and keep in contact .
