  i'd like to work toward ensuring that the wts bans pedophiles from sharing in the door to door work out of consideration for the public.

  i'd like to ensure that this ban applied not just to those who have been convicted of pedophile activities but also to those who have secretly confessed to elders.

  would this subject be appropriate for an e-petition?

  I had this disscussion with an Elder my thoughts were this.

  "You and the other Elders have decided for the people in the area that it is OK if a child abuser comes to their door,He can start a study with them and come into their house"

  "Imagine this a child abouser starts a study with a lady and children,Now her Husband dosen't study and is probley suspicious of religion anyway.

  Then he finds out the guy comming into his house and around his children is a chill abouser...ill leave it to you as to how he would fell"

  As usual the Elder just walked away and said nothing.

  Ive tryed online dateing with mixed results.

  Ive met ...

  Miss i'm here to tell you all about my B****D ex and stop trying to get me off the subject.

  Miss mental health worker......job rubbed off on her.

  Miss i can TXT and phone you 20 times a day i'm so insecure.

  I can't get over how many people have the same sort of profiles.

  Starts off "I don't bite unless asked LOL" Or "Lifes for liveing".

  Then they say they like nites at home cuddled up in front of the fire drinking nice wine or romantic walks along the beach at sunset.

  Your advice please on "Scriptual Divorce"

  my ex and i have a legal divorce.. she asked me to write a letter to the b.o.e so she can get a scriptual divorce.. she said she had spoken to the c.o.b.e ans they would take no action against me as i haven't been to a meeting in about 12 years.. my reply "ok get him to put that in writing".

  so do you think they will put that in writing?.

  and would they take action if i did write the letter giveing her a scriptual divorce?.

  Thanks for all the advice.

  I have NO intention of writeing a letter to the Elders.

  1st off even if they did write me a letter saying they would take no action i would not belive it for one second...There could be "New lite" and things would change in a heart beat.

  If i did it would show they have some power over me and they don't!!!

  I'm getting on with my life and she can get on with hers and if she wants to be JW.....thats her problem not mine.
