I like HP monitors, but have had a couple decades of early failures with HP and Compaq (bought by HP) - your mileage may vary, of course. I've managed a few Help Desks.

New site exposing "jehovahsjudgment"
by middleman inmany of you are already familiar with the watchtower's 10 year association with the un.
there's also a good amount of us that are familiar with the "flagship" rebuttal site of this association---> http://www.jehovahsjudgment.co.uk/watchtower-un-ngo/.
time and time again i have been referred to this website when talking to jw's about this issue.

Avoid "Click Here". Always. Instead make your headings the links.
Screen readers reading off the links just come up with a long list of "Link: click here, Link: click here, Link: click here..."

I have accusations against specific people in the JW faith. Do I need to accuse "JWs" as a group?
I have specific issues with the teachings of the WTS. Does that mean I accues "JWs" of something?
My "group" is "human".

Ideal is slippery. Ideal can include time and know-how to build vs. buy as a unit, cost, and very specific applications.
Speed is always a question of money. How fast do you want to go?
Are you religious - Mac vs. Windows?
Are you a casual user, a hobby fanatic, or using it professionally every day?
This isn't much of an answer, but it includes what questions you might consider.

Moral apologists for the creator will explain away evil by submitting that the potential for evil is a necessary consequence of free will. Wrong!
by gubberningbody infree will could have existed quite nicely with a myriad of options available for these free-will entities to freely choose from, with all of these being equally good..

As BTS says, yes - as a state of mind/being. For sure while we're here on this mortal coil, at least.
Afterwards? My philosophy believes not.

Yes, throughout my teen years. I was very good at it. The only useful skill out of it was being unobtrusively omnipresent.

Did leaving the WT build greater appreciation for or kill your reading of the Bible?
by lepermessiah ini am really on the fence on this issue right now and would love some opinions.. i find that i dont sit down and read the bible for long periods since becoming inactive, but on the other hand, individual scriptures mean much more to me now.. i will sit down and look up some favorite passages from time to time and feel like its the first time i really "got it" - without the jw goggles on.
i love matthew chapter 23, since i think it describes to a tee the situation in jw congregations.
i think if jesus returned today, he would blast the elders and "leaders" of the borg in a similar fashion (along with most religious leaders) .matthew 24 is actually more interesting to me now, simply because my whole life was waiting for the 1914 generation to end sometime during the reagan era!

The Bible: that collection of writings put together by the Catholic church a few hundred years ago?
My Bible training allows me to debate within the context of the Bible.
The Bible is 99% irrelevent to my life now, but there's a couple verses I find meaningful and perhaps even "true".
