if you are one of the posters on here who has got to the point where you do not believe in god to any great extent, do you miss "him".
i find that i rarely used to ask god for anything, or load him up with my problems, everybody elses were far more urgent, but i did used to feel moved to praise him when i saw the beauties of creation, a sunset etc.. i now feel an urge to still do that, but do not believe anyone is listening, do you get moments like that ?.

movement" regarding LGBTQ) as a sentimental deist....
meaning i had a lingering sentimentality about the concept
of god, because i had spent nearly a half century believing...
i am over it

plus, i used to live in a state that really should be annexed by canada anyway, michigan.
but i love hockey, autumn, maple syrup, and cold weather.
canada, like most nations with social programs like national health insurance,
want immigrants young enough to contribute to the system, or wealthy enough not
to need it.... if you are >45 YO, you better be rich, or able to open a business
and create jobs ....

the wts has announced the usual handbill invitation "campaign" for the conventions this year.
i haven't seen a copy but i assume that it will be similar to the one for congregation meetings and from previous years.
the usual 30 per publisher allocation.. i seriously wonder about the efficacy of these campaigns.
