Got Busted By Wife?She Said She Want Tell.(update)
by Big Jim ini recently picked up the nasty habit of smoking.
i have been hiding it from my wife for about a month now,(she is still a witness) to make a long story short i only smoke when i drink and go to the casino.
in lake charles well she busted me and was actually nice about it and said it would be our secret as long as i did not bring them in the house are ever smoke around the kids.. sounds like she might be comming around maybe, i only hope.. anyway i had to tell someone.

I'm new here - sort of.....
by individuals wife ini understand you've met my other half - now it's my turn!
i feel as though i've known some of you for ages as we've been regular visitors to the board for a long, long time so it's nice to be able to dive in at long last and make contact!
life is good - the disassociation letters went out last november and things are unbelievably quiet, no phone calls, no visits and best of all - nobody rushing up to me in the street begging me to come back.

Individual: It is very true that there are many good people in the world today that are not JW's. But, remember the account of the diluge, there were many good people around. I am thinking that Noah had to have had good family members, cousins, uncles, aunts, friends, how about the families of his sons wives? The point is that Jehovah gave everyone, not just Noah, the way to salvation. He simply told them to get in the ark. Now, since either they were too busy to follow Jehovah's guidance, or maybe they just saw Noah like a crazy fool, or maybe they just thought that it was o.k. only to be a "good" person. Well, the outcome was desastrous for following their own way of labeling what "good" is.
They forgot one simple thing...GodRules!

if so, how did you feel about it once you came out of the cult and figured out that everything you'd been taught about the new system coming soon, and loved ones being resurrected was a big fat lie you'd been spoonfed?
