I know of several single sisters who pioneered to get that-oh-so-spiritual brother to notice them so they could marry. They have nothing else going for them so they pioneer to prove how spiritual they are. It makes me so sad & angry to watch...yet another reason why I left -- couldn't watch my best mate ruin her life.

Lack of hobbies and personal interests prompts some to pioneer
by truthseeker insome in my hall are bored.
they've either been laid off or they've taken a break from pioneering, whether its regular or auxiliary.. they have little in the way of personal pursuits or interests.. to fill this apparent lack of personal development and self fulfillment, they reason it is better to spend time in the ministry.. then when personal problems arise, they quit.
they can't keep up with the routine.. they get bored again and unfulfilled.

educated elder or uneducated elder which was the best ?
by looloo inthe ones i know are either life long window cleaners with little education behind them or ex army /police /teacher types that are used to public talking and a bit of power , which ones did you find were the best elders ie kind and caring , i would go for the uneducated window cleaner /manual worker type by my experiance , in fact it was because the intelligent ones believed it was "the truth" that made me think well it must be true if he believes it

A couple of years ago they had a WT study on education and how bad and immoral it all is and how you are going to commit fornication if you go to college or unversity ect. It pushed me to the limit as I watched elders in my own cong who had unversity educations agree with the WT.
I also hated there view on women. We single ones shouldmarry elders?

In the end I moved congs for a new start but I could see that there was a real arrogant atitude in my new cong and it drove me nuts. Unless you did over the 10 hours a month you were nothing.

thats odd because i rang bethel london a few days ago and the nice guy that i spoke to regarding our situation , said that in england and some of the states in america it is not the law to report to the police !

..Armageddon Day..
by OUTLAW inas most of you know..armageddon will soon be here..and..the "new system" will be in place.....there will be plenty of dead people to clean up..but..you`ll be able to pet lions and talk to blueberrys!...........everyone has been waiting for armageddon..won`t that day be a day of celebration?!
!........just an idea...we could use the dead,as part of the celebration!..you can put one in your living room,put lights and tinsel on it and presents under it for the whole family!

There will be no Armageddon day. After the brothers have cleared up all the dead decaying bodies of there neighbours and there children they will be suffering from post dramatic stress disorder and extremely suicidal. The sisters who have waited till the new system in order to have children will find their husbands hanging from their garden tree. Or overdosing on blueberries and mushrooms. Then all those on the paradise earth will die out. Then God will be sad his little experiment didn't work. He will cry so much that there be another flood.

Im going to print it up and put it in a card the next time witnesses call. I'm also gonna keep a copy in my bag incase I get stopped in the street. I think every damn congregation in the world should recieve a copy including The ivory towers. A mass campain of witnessing!!!

God really care for you! (Hmmm... I find that hard to believe as Ive missed a year of meetings and you and your faithful & discreet people have not even noticed)

they were found in the later half of the 19th century and are mentioned in many books and articles.. for example, google books has this book, hours with the bible, or, the scriptuers in the light of modern knowlege, by cunningham geikie.
that was published 1892, that mentions the egibi records and how they provide .

Jesus was a false prophet....
by dawg ini posted this on another thread, but if you read matthew 24, we see that jesus was indeed a false prophet... he doesn't give the day or hour of the end times but he says that this generation will not pass away until all these things occur... and what generation was he talking about?
he was talking to his diciples and telling them you will see this and that and thus and such....especially take a gander at matt 24: 33-36...jesus thought he was living in the last days and that he would come down from a cloud from the heavens...that stars would fall from the sky, and the like... just read it and tell me what you think.
i wonder if jesus was an essene, they thought they were living in the end of time, in fact they predicted a messiah would come during their days... .

Jesus was missing from the scripture for 18 years. He comes back with the nearly word for word teachings of the budist faith & then states he doesn't know the day or hour. Proof enough( well to me anyway) that he was just a very intelligent man very much the Tony Robbins of his day.
