  As a school teacher, how should I treat witness kids?

  ok, i'm going to college right now and i have about 2 years before i become a certified history high school teacher.

  however, i am already beginning to do observation hours and it has got me thinking.

  i will almost surely end up with dub kids in my homeroom for the flag salute or in my regular classes.

  Atila, I would hate to be a witness kid in your class. Even if you learn to keep religon out of your secular instruction, likely these kids will feel your ire toward them. It's hard enough being a JW kid in school without having authority figures beat you over the head with it.

  You won't say he had a mistress. You suggest it.

  The facts speak for themselves, however one must use their own judgment. let's see, he lives in a mansion with a hot looking dietition while his own wife and son do not live in the same house. Things that make you go hmmmm! If it looks like a duck.....!
  

  And this means you must be suggesting that EVERYONE that knew Rutherford KNEW he was fooling around on his wife yet said nothing (other than Olin).

  How many rank and file JWs really knew this was going on at the time? He was the HMFIC at the society, so those that were close to him who even suspected such, knew, if they were to say anything it would mean their job. Not to mention it would be slander since no one obviously saw any sexual acts. She was his dietition for god sakes (wink, wink, nod, nod), and a bad one I might add if you have ever seen any pics of the fat **** during his time in San Diago.

  Would you rat out your boss if you suspected him of having an affair with no actual proof and you knew it would cost you your job? Not very hard to concieve IMO.

  Do you know if Joe's son Malcome is still alive or has he passed on?

  Berta Teel was born in 1901 in the country near Greenville, North Carolina. When she was 9 years old, her father was killed in a hunting accident.

  I wonder if Rutherford preyed on women who were emotionally messed up from lossing their fathers at a young age. Rutherford's wife's father died while she was younger and before she met Joe. Maybe just a coincidence, but still an interesting fact.

  un proposal: i picked up a comment on another site about a supposed resolution that was to be introduced to the un on january 27th, 2004 that would effectively ban religion.

  if this is true, then the jw leaders (governing buzzards) and their followers will have a prophetic field day!!!

  However, there will be a bunch of nutcases that will quote those nutcases out of context to get there sheep worked up into an armagedon frenzy.

  I would die for my brother, but not my younger brother who was always anoying everyone with stupid questions.

  Hell no! This is just another stupid thing cults say to foster the "it's us against the world" mentality.

  Saddly, many have died for their brothers on the Governing Body but think they are doing it for god. It's just done a bit more subtle than David Korech of the Branch Dividians.
