  Would You Really Want To Live Forever With Dubs?

  here is the hypothetical question of the day - would you, or more appropriately, could you live forever in paradise on earth with jw's?

  with the hypocrosy, silly elders, silly people... feeding lions and cleaning up after animals... everyone living by waterfalls, like the jw's always portray in they're psychotic pamphlets..... or would you rather be dead.

  i, personally, would much rather be dead.

  I, personally, would much rather be dead. Living forever with that nonsense sounds like hell on earth. Having been away from all assosiation from all dubs (even ex-JW's) for two years (including this board) only cements my beliefs.

  How can I put this politely....

  Lots of grabbing things through clothing... lots and lots and lots and then the mess... er. um... lots of that going on. Oral sex... etc.

  In regards to that person who had sex with himself... probably learnt a lot more than the Watchtower study. It is still ewwwww!

  JW divorce rate higher than adverage - pew forum

  one statistic that i haven't seen talked about that was contained in the pew forum research poll was divorce rate.

  i was kind of shocked to see that when it comes to the percentage of members who are divorce jw's pulled an extra 2% over the national average.

  in this research poll only three groups come in higher than jws and two of them go under the categories of other christians & other faiths.

  If one wants to go to endless committee meetings, and jump through the hoops and go through being publicly reproved, even JW's can get divorced. IT's something that I found endlessley odd at Kingdumb halls - get divorced and not DF'd.

  Somehow, they always spun it that it was the unbelieving spouses fault in the case of split beliefs. There was a lot of stories that went around about those divorces.

  I forgot about all that sh*** - interesting.

  The thing I miss most is putting on those ratty old suits. You could never afford a nice one, and the ones you did wear got worn out really quick. It just plain sucked. Woo hoo- circuit assembly time - show off you're new suit! Whoopee....

  i participated in several discussions on this forum regarding the self reported statistics of jehovah's witnesses and the deep fundamental flaws in their methods.

  after arguing with my jw family about these issues, i encountered today a new independant religious survey from the pew forum on religion and public life.

  this survey was huge in scope of test group when compared with other similar surveys, including more than 35,000 u.s. adults.

  And the 36 percent left in are ones who just either A) Don't have the balls to leave, or B) Don't want failed marriages or being disowned by family.

  They're a high control group, and that's the only way they keep that 36% going.

  Do those stats include those who are inactive?

  Since when did JW's post on the internet? I thought that was heavily demonic - it would send you into the arms of Satan and his demons.

  In any event, I would rather smash my ovaries or testicles than try to have a conversation with persons who choose to be misled. Just a personal opinion. To those that would like to waste they're time with numsculls, so be it. It must make JW's lives much more interesting brooding, though. Think of the joy that you bring to they're hearts.
