  Witness suicide in Anderson, Indiana???

  check out this sad, sad obituary and picture in my local newspaper.

  the body was found after 5 days in the river by a fisherman.

  police are 'investigating' but no headlines about homicide.

  Noah's ark - Can't believe I once actually thought it was true

  when i was a jw i didn't even question that the noah's ark story might not be true.

  i didn't realise that it wasn't achievable for a handful of people to gather literally millions of animals - two of each kind - and fit them into a boat where they would all survive for many days.

  i didn't think about the fact that if the highest mountain was covered with water then how could plant life like trees and flowers come to exist again, especially so soon after, with the raven grabbing an olive leaf was it?

  i know this is an old topic, but there are many new ones onboard so here goes..... i went to the book study (it's been more than a year since i last had the pleasure)... revelation book chapter 39 paragraphs 1-13. when paragraph 13 finally comes around...... 13 does this mean that jehovahs witnesses are against all government?

  they obey the apostle pauls counsel: "let every soul be in subjection to the superior authorities.

  " they realize that as long as the present system lasts, those "superior authorities" exist by gods permission for maintaining a measure of order in human society.

  I do know one brother turned in 300 hours one month about 20 years ago. He only sleeps 2 hours a night. He does not sleep alot. He was not MS or Elder back then, but now he is an elder. I know it is hard to believe, but I believe him because I knew him.

  They should not have been taught the JW "Thecoratic Warfare". I think it is so screwed up religion!
