Jesus not crucified on torture stake. Impossible!

unwittingly the germans, during wwii, they experimented with many, many ways for killing people, efficiently and quickly.

their records show that when a person is suspended with their hands over their head, as they would be on the jw "torture stake," they can survive for approximately one hour.

if their feet are tied down, as well, the time is reduced to about 15 minutes.. .

So, according to the Watchtower, Jesus was beaten bloody and forced to carry a 12+ foot pole and then nailed to it with his arms above his head and SOMEHOW ... SOMEHOW ... survived more than SIX HOURS (which is impossible in that position).

Is that correct?

What must I do to be saved?

how would a jw knocking at my door answer this question that i might ask them "you seem to know all about the bible, so tell me please, what must i do to be saved"?.

paul answered this question acts 16:31 "believe in the lord jesus and you will be saved..." but how would the witnesses answer this question assuming that they didn't have any idea that the householder knew the biblical answer or if they did suspect that the householder had some bible knowledge?.

Most JWs at the door are hoping you (the householder) isn't well-versed in the Bible. If you are a strong Christian and already attend a church ... they can't touch you. They will not waste time trying to convert you and quickly make haste.
