they exist in three parts throughout their history.. 1. honest bible students attracted to the gimmicks of russell (charts, graphs, chronologies, pyramid inches, etc.
) expected the end of the world to come and they wanted to know more.. 2.contrarian hard heads under rutherford wanted to prove everybody was wrong about everything except themselves.

Dating a JW and need some help

It seems to me she won't date you because you are a Samaritan, and she claims to be a 'Jew'
(John 4:20) . . .Our forefathers worshiped in this mountain; but YOU people say that in Jerusalem is the place where persons ought to worship. . .
She says her way of worship at the Kingdom Hall is the correct way, and discredits all others
(John 4:21) . . .Jesus said to her: “Believe me, woman, The hour is coming when neither in this mountain nor in Jerusalem will YOU people worship the Father.
It doesn't matter where in this physical existence we worship
(John 4:23-24) . . .Nevertheless, the hour is coming, and it is now, when the true worshipers will worship the Father with spirit and truth, for, indeed, the Father is looking for suchlike ones to worship him. 24 God is a Spirit, and those worshiping him must worship with spirit and truth.. . .
Note what Jesus didn't say, you must be a member in the watchtower organization to worship the Father Jehovah, NO! That's not what it says.
(Matthew 11:28-30) . . .Come to me, all YOU who are toiling and loaded down, and I will refresh YOU. 29 Take my yoke upon YOU and learn from me, for I am mild-tempered and lowly in heart, and YOU will find refreshment for YOUR souls. 30 For my yoke is kindly and my load is light.”
Note there what it doesn't say, 'Come to the watchtower all you who are loaded and toiling down, and they will refresh you' NO! It doesn't say that

so...... if jehovah is omnipotent, then there is nothing he can't do and nothing he doesn't know.. and, according to jws (as well as most other religions), god is love.
therefore he had to have known, even before creating all of creation, what would happen.

by Kosonen inhave you ever thought why apostle paul do not mention wars, pestilence, earthquackes, famine when he talks about the last days?
or why apostle peter only says, that in the last days ridiculers will come, asking were is his promised presence, and that from the beginning all remains exactly the same?
and why does peter not say: look at the wars, but says: all has not been the same, because a flood occured.

Have you noticed an increase in JW's with one foot in the world????
by karter ini have a few examples: a witness did a job for me an asked for cash under the table.
alot of witnesses talk more about material things than anything else.
alot of complaining about the organization mostly by people that once held positions.

The watchtower sets unreasonable expectations about what being worldly is. All dubs are 'worldly', if they don't believe this tell them to go back to the planet they came from.
