Their explanation for that heyfea is that the first resurrection is for the saints , it's not talking about a rapture ,that people can meet the lord in the air while standing on terra firma . of course they may have changed that one too . The apostle Paul is clearly talking about humans being alive and we know the only ones that survive the GT and the day of GODS rath are the GC .

seems like this thread is going better than the others .. yah so now they found yet another great crowd to make promises too , just becuse they don't take the bread and wine on NISAN 14 doesn't mean they are the great crowd , the GC has to endure until the end through all the trials and tribulations and then survive the day of GODs anger , no mark of the beast as of yet but who knows when that happens , the lamb beast is on the rise IMO otherwise known as the NWO , I just wonder how many times the org. has encouraged false expectations only to accuse the R&F of being at fault , sounds like something the evil slave would do .

I've even heard the then president of the WTBTS say he planned to just walk out of this world as with the GC promise but that's not what it's about for the LF, I think he died of cancer someone said awhile back . The bible is clear to me on the LF having to die and be resurrected a spirit like jesus , the difference is there is no time spent in the grave and the twinkling of an eye is the duration they know death during the time of the end , the GC are the only ones promised to never know death at all . IMO

Questions Regarding the New Light on the FDS
by Ding init's my understanding that the old light regarding the faithful and discreet slave was that in 1918-1919 jesus appointed the faithful and discreet slave over all his house.. but under the new light, it's a two-stage process.. now the "truth" is that in 1919 jesus appointed the governing body to provide spiritual food in due season and the gb will only be placed in authority over his domestics during the great tribulation.. all of this is wt nonsense, but in order to get jws who believe this stuff to think about the implications, my questions are:.
1. what will the future appointment authorize the governing body to do that is not yet authorized?.
2. since under the old light the governing body has wrongly believed they have had this authority since 1919, doesn't this mean they have been wrongly exercising authority that jesus hasn't yet given them?.

I'm marking this one as well , some long timers will probably show up ... looking forward to blondie posting . I guess we can't call them them the governing body anymore since they claim now not to have the appointment to govern ... this must have to do with law suits and people using the society for legal reasons , ohh the religious leaders said this or that , seems like a dodge of liability to me .

How Many Anointed Have There Been?

basically, all the congregation from 33ce to (say) around 90ce was, then it dropped down to indiividuals until growth from 1870ish.. the whole congregation of that period from late 19thc until 1935 was anointed and since then it has been dipping then growing.. there must be an allowance for those that would not have been anointed through that period.. have any estimates been done?
is the pool of individuals in the first centuary and the modern day history so big as to completely blow the number of 144000 out of the window?.

It's not hard to find the part in revs where the souls of those slaughtered for the preaching work are crying out for vengeance under the alter in heaven and God tells them to rest until the last of their brothers dies by the axe , personally I am going to say that when the apostle John died was the cut off for the first century calling and then after the gentile times concluded it began again. There doesn't seem to be any inspired writing after johns revelation until it came time to interpret what he put down in the end times , Which a certain religion we all know of keeps playing little word games about being inspired or directed . Interpretation belongs to GOD, I seem to remember being spoken by daniel the prophet , therefor do not lean upon your own understanding ,,, so on and so forth ,, meaning the spirit of GOD is repsonisble for revealing the meaning .

This comes up every once in awhile , my belief is that the LF are faithful servants that actually die by the world governments taking them prisoner and having them executed because they want control of religion or perhaps the refusal to obey man over Gods commandments , the bible does say for the bearing witness to jesus . Jesus said many are called yet few are chosen , so there is a test period of to which they must in the end die for their GOD . It's a death pact .

I thought they were backing off the FDS and saying they don't show up until the tribulation and they changed the tribulaiton dogma , anyway the only one qualified to be the evil slave would be the one who claimed to be the FDS to begin with , which of course is the WTBTS . ANyway getting more and more confused over what direction they are going here .

by minimus ini believe that if a non regular meeting attender shows up for at least the memorial "celebration", it's a sign, that possibly, the person is saveable.
not all hope is lost for them.. i heard that last year, the rumour was that i was going to show up and sit with my mother....(of course, that never happened).. so, if you attended or if your family member or wayward friend showed up, they might have a chance for everlasting (earthly) life, after all!.

the R&F are now the domestics so the requirement is more important ... I went just to see if there were any changes in the way they present the emblems or any new dogma about it .. The elder gave the sermon was an ," anointed", he made sure everyone watched as he did the partaking by sitting there and waving his had for the attendant to give him his platter of motza sticks ... At least I saw what was going on . I think it loses it's symbolism if not a loaf of unleaven bread . Any way I leave just after that to beat the traffic so I don't have answer the questions ,of do you want a study again ? I thought the full moon was on wednesday night anyway ....
