There you have it the old spiritually challenged ploy as I mentioned on the minimus thread about the Truth.I mean good grief In this day and age and the internet people are definately learning more about the org.now than ever ,so those that may have wanted some information at the door are now finding it on the web so that could very well be the reason for the decline in placements. How does it feel to be demonized ? aaahhhhhhhhggggggg.

NOT placing BOOKS? Spiritually weak!
by Alligator Wisdom ina few months back we had the usual elders/ms meeting with the circuit overseer during his visit.
there was a point that the co had emphasized and it brought me sick to my stomach anyone didn't put the effort to make such placements, that these publishers were in need of spiritual help and that we (elders/ms) should help such ones to do so.
talk about the pressure!

When You Hear Someone Say "The Truth"...
by minimus inwhen a witness talks about a person not being "in the truth", does that get to you?
or if they self-righteously proclaim that "at least, they're in the truth and not worldly", does that push any buttons?

No it doesn't bother me in the least.Jesus did say you must worship in spirit and truth so aparently if they believe what they have is the truth then they are entitled to say that .It's when they get real pushy about their doctrine that I get very defensive and turn away from any further conversation. I hate their concept of you are spiritually challenged if you argue about any little detail of their doctrine and the way they act as if they are holier than thou cause somehow they are onto some fantastic knowledge that is alluding everyone else because satan has shut your eyes ,THey are soooooooooo quick to demonize and turn an intelligent conversation into primal fear of being influenced by evil.

Do you plan to donate your organs when you die?
by LyinEyes ini just saw this movie john q. with denzel washington, and it is a great movie.
the subject is about health care or lack of,,, and the need for organ donations.
i have always felt strongly about this and this movie really made me think about doing something instead of just saying it.
