  JW's deny jesus as being king before 1914

  i ventured to the local hall here last week and when time to discuss the watchtower a guy made a comment that the wt only believes that jesus became king in 1914.now i have read the bible and do have an interest in what it says despite my handle on this site and i have noticed that the apostles made clear that christ was king of heaven and earth in their day at least until the last apostle died .this just looks like typical crap that would only lead me to further arguement with them and in the end being demonized .anyone else with thoughts on the subject ?

  i am sure that in all the yrs i went to the meetings that was never spoken of because they always give the impression that they were doing it "thin"

  I disagree with michael. I think they know exactly how much money they have to work with but are very secretive because if people knew how much than they might not be able to squeeze the blood out of turnips so to speak. I have noticed that alot of churches claim to be short while they are rollin in it, now this should be intent to defraud as far as I'm conserned .Why should people have a burden of guilt on top of the stress of getting by in this world?

  i am sitting here listening to my kazaa, finding old songs that i had forgotten i even knew at one time.

  music to me has always been an outlet for expression, even thou the words and music belong to someone eles.

  it can help me to work thru my emotions in ways like no other .

  I think not .To give the modern day jews any more prestige due to their lineage would only fuel the zionist movement that I find to be most nauseating. Those people just need to realize they are not the heir to whatever land they are now trying to possess and learn that for any hope of peace they need to be far more tolerant and willing to share than they are now .
