  Spanish Navy intercepts 12 scuds

  just heard on the news the spanish navy got a tip from us intelligence and with that info seized a north koran ship loaded with 12 scud missiles on its way to yemen, with a final destination of iraq or iran.

  look like bush called it correctly, an axis of evil indeed.. .

  What happened inbetween?

  i used to ask my elder dad: what about those who lived inbetween the bible days, and when the witnesses started?.

  the wts teaches that no one will survive unless they are a witness.

  they may dance around that issue with a "wordly" person, but, that really is the way they teach.. so we have the people talked about in the bible, and then we go until the very end of the 1800's.

  Elsewhere I see you really have reached the dark side lol .I was just thinking tho since everyone that is destroyed in the great tribulation and at armageddon wouldn't they too be resurected and be subject to the second death or life ? I also heard the witnesses say that at death all your sins are foregiven.Jesus said there is only one unforegiveable sin which is speeking against the spirit .I suspect that to mean in a way that satan does in calling God a liar.Perhaps you have somemore WT quotes on the subject?

  I thought they said that everyone who ever lived will be reserected except adam and eve and maybe the nephilim?The scripture does say All the dead will be resurected ,the righteous to life and the wicked to judgement.

  JW's deny jesus as being king before 1914

  i ventured to the local hall here last week and when time to discuss the watchtower a guy made a comment that the wt only believes that jesus became king in 1914.now i have read the bible and do have an interest in what it says despite my handle on this site and i have noticed that the apostles made clear that christ was king of heaven and earth in their day at least until the last apostle died .this just looks like typical crap that would only lead me to further arguement with them and in the end being demonized .anyone else with thoughts on the subject ?

  Just for the record The current WT teaching on the events of jesus resurection are that , jesus was resurected as a spirit on the third day then he went and raised his own body .As far as I can tell I do have the greatest man book .Personally I don't see that he was instantly resurected to a spirit as you are suggesting .I also notice that the WT does claim that jesus had all authority in heaven and earth prior to his ascention .So that guy at the meating definately commented out his ass even according to the WT teaching on the subject.

  Sangdigger - I found a scripture that pretty much ruins the preaching to spirits in prison theory you have going there Matthew 12:40- jesus says he will be in the heart of the earth for 3 days then be raised up.As far as I can tell he is talking about the grave .So yes I would go with he simply did not exist for 3 days.My arguement was that at the point he returned to heaven and sat at his fathers right hand he was considered to be king of heaven and earth.

  I'ts true that the JW go to peoples homes trying to convince people that they are the only people that understand the bible so it does sound amusing .That fact is they will probly call the police and have you arrested for trespassing where as they have all kinds of lawyers who will fight for their right to come to your home anytime they feel like it .The irony of it all is unbelievable.
