I think the time to take that seriously would be in '86 , when the UN declared the year of peace , the scripture does say ,in the days that the nations proclaim peace and security , not just the US . I think GW just liked messing with everybody's head over stuff like that as he did mention the beast in yet another speech , referring to the US current military movements and actually reigning in the beast for this "kinder gentler nation", idea . The politicians actually hope to convince us that they are actually doing things in an attempt to make the world a safer and more peaceful place , why if GW jr. didn't invade Iraq we would all be toast from their very threatening nuclear program ......... gag.

What are some examples in the bible of that? I don't see any prophets in there saying something then going on about not knowing the fulfillment. The only one I can think that comes close would be the apostle John and revelation ,of course all the symbolism can be interpreted in various ways .The angle with him did take time to explain some of it .

If you do read the whole verse there's noway it's talking about satellites and preaching the gospel .That's why I don't watch van impe ministries , I maybe tune in once in awhile just to hear what sort of crap they are spewing but don't give them much credit for anything. They are just another make believe money grubbing whore .

Things are worse than every before, every year millions of people starve to death , disease is rampant in africa , allot of people don't even have clean water to drink . I still think the tsunami in sri lanka was because of the underground nuclear testing that India is doing against world opinion (they may have even been responsible for the earth quake that killed hundreds of thousands years ago). Man is definitely making the world an extremely dangerous place .We are at this time talking a nuclear strike on Iran ,if that should happen could really mess things up , forget about global warming causing the end of civilization. The US is at war right now because they claim terrorists are attempting to gather chemical , nuclear and biological weapons (of course the US is the number one exporter of those type of things) to further their jihad religious war and those people don't have any regard for their own lives. The US economy is collapsing by design and we are headed toward global enslavement . The fed reserve deliberately caused hyper inflation . The US is now in a 9 trillion dollar trade deficit .There are people wanting to over throw the US government by force .

There are a bunch around here that claim "anointment". LT , amazing, jcanon, there's a start of a list anyway. Apparently it is possible according to the new testament for one to leave the fold then return after repenting ."anointment" does not mean you are perfect or anything , you usually will encounter allot with serious imperfections .

Tim Curry.... Greatest Actor?
by Preston ini've seen thousands of movies and occasionally get into discussions with other movies fans regarding the best performance / film score / film in a certain year / etc..... i've had disagreements with people as to the acting quality of marlon brando, james stewart, jimmy cagney, bette davis but.... the one actor that i've never experienced any disagreements on is (inexplicably) tim curry, who i've been a big fan of since 'clue' and i'm almost convinced that there is not a single purveyor of film that doesn't like his acting, but i'd like to do an experiment on here to see if anyone does.. does everyone really like tim curry?.

Yah he was the only thing worth watching in the IT movie . That and Rocky Horror picture show are the only two movies I think I've seen with him in .He does a great job with the over acting which in order to be a good actor I think is something you need to be able to do to make characters interesting . Guys like bill shatner and jim carey are others that can make it work big time .
