  i have already gotten an email from someone stating that their gift arrived safely in the mail.

  i thought it would be nice to start a thread where we can post what we got (for those nosey like me who want to know!

  ) and a thank you.. as for me, i haven't even begun yet!

  Cruel would be to insert a bomb that will deactivate ONLY on Christmas day, at 12:00 a.m. If the gift were to be opened before Christmas, it would... Well, I think you catch my drift...

  following on the heels of what bowen said about ray, i began to see a statement that real soon began to get under my skin.

  i've read it several times since and i hafta say: that little irritant is beginning to fester more than i care for.

  the statement was something in the neighborhood of, "let's not get side-tracked with this franz / bowen fiasco and remember who our real enemy is... the watchtower society!".

  You do have a point there.

  (Thinking) Maybe if I secure each side with an entire roll of tape, he wont be able to open it without ripping something....

  Or I could bring the wrapped gift to work and have it shrink wrapped! Yeah, thats an idea!

  Hmmmm.....

  I want my gift recipient to wait until Christmas to open his gift. To ensure this, I am going to wait awhile before sending it. I am also attaching a note that reads, "Do NOT open until Christmas" and I am going to make him show me the gift, everyday, on his webcam, so I know that it is still fully wrapped and untampered with. Tehe

  i don't know about the rest of you but i spent the better part of my life believing that i would never die!

  i think i have dealt with it....but it still almost seems unnatural.... we are all going to die???

  Wow,

  What a good question.

  Although I dont want to die "right now", I believe that I have done my best with my life at this point. I would feel comfortable knowing that I had worked hard to improve and make good the situation I was born into. If I was to die tomorrow, I would have no regrets other than not being able to spend more time with the people I love.

  i've been looking after a young man, raised as a jw, who is being involuntarily treated after being found sacrificing animals to jehovah to hasten "the end" and kill all of the worldly people.

  he had tied up a dog and machetyed it, though it wasn't dead by the time the police were called about the noise.. good work watchtower - we really need ya.. paduan .
