  Shunning & JWs on Miami Ink TV Show

  miami ink is a show about tattooing, it airs on u.s. cable channel tlc.

  the show highlights the work of the tattoo artists and tells the background of why a person gets a particular tattoo.. on last week's show a young lady wanted what she referred to as a "conscience" tattoo.

  when i heard "conscience" my ears perked up.

  $10 gas

  my father-in-law heard from someone who has connections with the higher-ups that the society thinks gas will be $10 a gallon in january.

  i'm "bookmarking" that statement on my calendar.

  if january comes around and gas isn't $10 i'm going to remind him of "what the society said".

  I heard last week that a barrel of oil may cost between 500-600 dollars by 2012 which would drive the price for a gallon of gas in the US to $12.00-$15.00

  well, i received anonymous email on the day of the london bombing, she(still a jw, but i think she wants to get out of jw) was telling me that she wish that she was with me, but i did not know who the anonymous person was til i found out recently.

  i will not reveal the contents of the email.

  she is pretty good looking gal.

  I would suggest letting her marriage take its course without you getting involved. If she has these thoughts about you it will end but let her leave him first before getting involved.

  Has any Assembly or Convention been cancelled due to bad weather?

  all churches are subject to the law of the land but no church should make itself subject to the rules of another organisation.

  such an agreement is a corporate joining which gives the church a second head.

  They can apologize all they want and minimize the NGO UN issue but the fact of the matter is, was it wise for the wts to do be an NGO, to sign such a document and connect the wts to the UN ? Also the issue of child molestation was a weak defense from what I read. He can quote the WT all he wants but the policy is weak and I would love to tear into them on that subject...they need to take off their rosey colored glasses in their view of the WTS. Over 12 million dollars and counting and more cases coming forward tells me their policy is weak.

  Seems to me that if gas gets that expensive in the US nobody will be going out in service anyways...nor will they be putting money in the contribution boxes.
