i will not anwser at the meetings unless it is an apostate answer/question!........i am so bummed our right now......first i had a second surgery on my knee from an accident eight months ago.....and .......my wife is out of state visiting family......just like the first time my knee had surgery!!!

!...weird.....but a few months ago i told her i had a holiday all planned out for rome, tuscany, and paris......ten days........so she says she is so stressed about world events (and prob just me) that she does not want to go........and now i just told her five minutes ago that i have found a little slice of paradise that i want to take her too....and that i will have her bag all packed and surprise her with where we are going......and that if i miss anything she needs.....i will take her shopping!!!!!!!!

Oompa my heart goes out to you. It is time to re-evaluate your relationship, she could not even be bothered to be by your side while you where undergoing surgery. The really sad part is that her behavior is not a one time incident, she has chosen to be absent during your medical time of need twice. It saddens me to see any other human being treated this way.

Please tell me WT did not publish that. This almost sounds like the heaven's gate cult. Do you guys remember this cult? They are the cult that practiced castration and commited mass suicide when the Hale Bopp comet became visible.

Healthy Breasts: Searching for Lumps

i dread going for a breast check up - having my boob flattend is painful and if i don't have to go i won't.. saying that tho i do do the persoanl check.

lying down and feeling the breast - though i'm not sure if i'm doing it right and if what i'm feeling is normal or not.

how do i tell the difference between a lump, a muscle or just fat - because the other night i got a bit of a scare.

Please never allow your mammogram to be read by a tech (for a final diagnosis). Radiographers are trained in the proper way to perform imaging studies. Although they may be able to read obvious abnormalities, differential diagnosis of mammograms is often very subtle. Only a radiologist who has been specifically trained to read mammograms is qualified to make such diagnosis.

You are correct rebel health care providers are legally obligated to follow Advance Directives. In most jurisdictions ethical violations such as failure to obtain informed consent is considered malpractice. That is why I question the validity of her claim. If indeed she was treated with the administration of a blood transfusion without her consent it would be pretty easy to prove. All that would be required is for her to subpoena her medical records. In the absense of a consent form for the blood transfusion and proof that she indeed was administered blood, a battery would have occured. A battery is always an actionable offense.( at least that is what I was taught as a healthcare provider)

Again something about this story bugs me. By the way Arizona has a statute which requires A good cause hearing is held to determine if there is a basis for a case to proceed to trial.

Something is fishy with the story. The witness filed the case Pro se. Pro se legal representation refers to the instance of a person representing himself or herself without a lawyer in a court proceeding. Perhaps there are other factors involved that compromise a malpractice lawyer from being interested in the case. For example court order to administer transfusion, Family member signing consent. I know malpractice lawyers and it is very rare that they do not take a case.
