  Statistical evidence against WTS fulfillment of Mat24:14. Simple argument.

  jehovahs witnesses are proud to point out that they are fulfilling the prophecy at matthew 24:14. jws are quick to point out that part of the purpose of the preaching work is so that jehovah can take note of how people respond to the witnessing, and thus can decide if they are worthy of survival or not.

  last year, jws spent 1.4 billion hours in their preaching work.

  so if we take: 6.6 billion people.

  I happen to be the type that loves LOGIC !!!! go figure.

  When someone takes the time to spell out something like this, it helps me to clearly see things for that they really are.

  I have had simialr thoughts when I am in service, looking back on the decades of time that I spent in service the ratio has to be 95% to 5% not at homes to talking to people

  I know that the WTBS will never abondon the door to door work, but I am so surprised that they never went back to radio,tv or internet to get a larger base of people that are actually home or paying attention to their message.

  Tonights Local Needs talk

  so our po gets up there tonight to give a local needs part.

  he goes on and on about how we should not gossip if we think that someone is acting wrong in the cong.

  then he goes on to say that if we know of anything we must go to the elders.. well, i know of someone who wrote a letter to the boe about a brother that was fired for sexual harrassment at his job and then just quit his current job because he was "accused" again of sexual harrassment.

  yeah, let's just dismiss any form of warning instead of have an awkward dscussion with a perverted MS. Worse yet, let the fat little butter ball continue to be on the stage giving parts.

  It's funny, every sister in the hall that I talk to tells me how grossed out they are when he hugs ( A.K.A feels them up ) before and after meetings

  Well, I know of someone who wrote a letter to the BOE about a brother that was fired for sexual harrassment at his job and then just quit his current job because he was "accused" again of sexual harrassment. So someone wrote a letter to the BOE. Well this PO mentioned it in his talk and said that the letter is "useless". There is nothing that the elders can do unless someone physically goes to the elders and tells them about the issue that they know about. he reads the "must have 2 witnessess" scripture

  Here is my thought, when that perverted MS molests his grandaughters, will he still think that the letter warning the BOE was useless?

  Good god people, take some action and protect your cong members. Stop hiding behind your silly man made rules.

  nobody died and fire didn't rain down from heaven.

  it was actually one of the best days that i had in a long time.. the wtbs should be ashamed of themselves for trying to break up families.

  here is something that i have wondered if it would work.

  for this experiment, you would probably need to be single with not much family.

  you would also need to legally change your name.. what if you were df'd.

  Here is something that I have wondered if it would work. For this experiment, you would probably need to be single with not much family. You would also need to legally change your name.

  What if you were DF'd. Then you move to another state far from your home. You are contacted in the door to door work and pretend not to have any past history with the witnesses. You "progress" up through baptism and eventually are made a MS. ( obvious a very long term plan, 3-5 years to make this work )

  If MS's and elders are appointed by holy spirit, then this would be impossible, right?

  Parking at the DC today

  ok, i know that i have posted about this before, but i can't resist.

  i went to the dc today cuz i didn't want to hear it from the wife.... i drop them off at the front and then there were 25 people that "helped" me park my car.

  Ok, I know that I have posted about this before, but I can't resist. I went to the DC today cuz I didn't want to hear it from the wife.... I drop them off at the front and then there were 25 people that "helped" me park my car. OMG !!!!

  I have been driving for 20 years, but it takes 25 16 year olds all standing 10 feet from each other pointing to the next 16 year old to help me park. What a joke.

  So here is the problem:

  Say there are 6,000 people that attend the DC

  it takes 1/3 to volunteer for all of the jobs ( actual figure )

  1/3 don't really want to be there

  the last 1/3 actually do want to be there.

  So you have a DC, and you MAKE 6,000 people attend so that the 2,000 that actually want to be there can sit in their chair ( AND NOT VONUNTEER TO HELP ) and listen to the same old crap

  Doesn't add up to me
