I don't remember, it has been so long ago. Plus they change what they believe in around any way so it probably wouldn't have paid to hold on to them. Although there is ebay.......

I bought my first Ipod
by noni1974 ini'm so excited.
i got it friday and i've been converting all my cd's to itunes and loading them on my ipod.
this is my first ipod.

Be careful. itunes can be addicting. Just make sure you back up all your music to an external hard drive or disk. Other than that, enjoy! Oh, and make sure you get a roadster or something like it so you can listen to it in your car.

Do you exercise or isn't that your thing.
by LouBelle infor the last 5 and 1/2 weeks i have been at the gym mostly twice a day except saturdays - i only have one training session.
each of my sessions is at least an hour long but can go for two hours.
i do various cardio in the evenings and do strength training in the morning.

Keep up the good work. I love to walk. I need to exercise more but don't. I also love tending my flower beds.

Adam and Eve, True or False
by RavenManiac indo you believe the story of adam and eve?
why or why not?
-
RavenManiac
I don't believe in Adam and Eve. I feel bad when I teach Social Studies and some of my 6th grade students say, "I'm not allowed to believe in Lucy because my mom/dad says I have to believe in Adam and Eve."

we sat down and just behind us in a booth were two jdumbs a man about 65 and a woman 75. as i sat down the first words i heard him say to the woman were "i used to auxillary pioneer there" that's when we tuned into their conversation.. the next thing i heard the woman say was "the only thng i think about when i come into this restaurant is that all these people are going to die".
i couldn't resist, i turned around and said "do you know somthing i don't know is the food that bad here?

looking inside
by myownsaviorthankyoumuch ini was wondering if there is anyone on this board, that asides from leaving the witness mind reform program,
has also brushed off all religions as a whole?
and began looking inwards for answers instead?

I don't know why God would chose one group of people over another group. Nearly all religions have golden rules and a person you model your life after. I don't think our supreme being is cruel and would chose one group over another. Before the birth of monotheism, as we know it today, people worshiped many gods and/or mother nature. Were they wrong? I don't know who is right. I think we need to coexist.

JWs and Star Trek...
by Thylacine inone part of my experience with the jw's was that many of the elders in my congreagtion were die hard into star trek...i figured it was isolated to that one kh, but as i went to different ones, i noticed it was a lot of them.
one elder explained his fandom as: "it makes me think of the new system.
we will travel to other planets when the earth is full, and colonize the galaxy.
