after a very bad spain i want to get an ankle support for when i start training again.
i just want to know if someone has trained with a support (usually elasticated) and if it helps.

Look up the pysical therapy exercises (there is tons of this stuff online) and do them. A sprain will need some work getting flexibility and extenstion back in the soft tissue etc.
Seems the trend today is to stay away from elastic, braces etc unless the joint really needs the support (damage to structure)... wraps and braces tend to cause atrophy if overused or used improperly.
Stretching ...walking .....start slow and dont overdo it....

i da'd in feb 06. hadn't heard a word from any jw since then.. about a month or 3 weeks ago, i emailed an elder to ask if my 15yo was still on whatever publisher list it is now.
when i left, she had just been announced (i think) an unbaptized pub.
so i was curious about her 'status'.
So.weird. that I had to share. If I analyze it, I'll drive myself nutters as it just isn't normal for an Elder's Wife to smile at, add to FB and msn and IM with DAd birdfodder... I'll just take it for what it's worth and enjoy it.

it's -5 with a minus 30-35 wind chill factor here so you would think the "loving elders" would cancel the sunday borefest.....nope.

there have been meetings cancelled because of heavy snow, but give me a break going out could be dangerous.

A gun shop near wear I used to live was robbed. That happens all the time, and goes unreported in the news 9 time out of 10. They didn't walk off with a Barret .50 rifle but several rifles and hand guns that would do plenty of damage in the right hands.
Ah...but you did mention that the Infamous.50..... why bother? And your area has had 10 gun shop break in's? After all those crimes are only reported once out of every 10 events.
Hyperbole .......... I love it. How about everyone who has a wreck loses a car...after all in the wrong hands cars kill over 50,000 a year in the USA
My favorite gun shop was robbed about a year ago. Even the local Barney and Andy SO was able to round up over 30 stolen weapons. I have been waiting nearly a year to get a consigned gun returned from evidence. So much for my rights eh? Why do I have to fill out any paper work or return any letters at all to get my property back?
We have plenty of gun laws and regulations already.

Do you believe felons should have the right to a gun? Do you believe a individual should be allowed to own his own personal nuclear device? If no, then you do not believe the second amendment protects your personal right to bear arms either.
In many states felons loose the right to own firearms and the right to vote. In some states a convicted persons rights are restored if he does well.
In theory a person who has paid his debt to sociey is done with his obligation. We can ask sex-offenders (including the 18 year old who did it with a 17 year old and got caught) to register for the rest of their lifes. Some convicts should have the rights to weapons restricted also.
If a guy really wants a nuke... let em. We still regulate the plutonium or uranium that makes it go boom. Really a non-question (red herring) on your part. If a person pays Class 3 taxes he can legally own all sorts of bombs and destructive devices. It's the folks who dont pay the taxes we need to worry about. After all setting the thing off is probably against all state and local laws already. The FAA had a few laws on the books about flight close to buildings and we see how those worked out already.

Most criminals wont obtain a "infamous .50 BMG sniper rifle". At $3500 (or more) per copy and ammo that runs over $5 a round not many 'bangers are into Barrett- style rifles. Making that 'mile shot' ... I dont worry about that and you shouldnt either. I wouldnt figure more than 600 men on the planet are able to make that shot... and just about all have a job in some countries military.

theism in its various forms has been since the beginning subjected to psychological analysis and treated as a phenomenon of the human mind.
perhaps it is time to turn the lens and examine the psychological reasons for atheism as well.
this approach should be especially inoffensive to many atheists/materialists since in their worldview, all phenomena are reducible to natural causes.
