  My name was brought up last night in the elders meeting !!!

  i was just told by my dad that my name was brought up last night in the elders meeting.. my dad (is or was) an elder, and he told me that the elders are going to be giving me a call.

  they have heard rumors that i am an apostate !!.

  he said that the elders received a call from another hall that heard that i was an apostate and 1 local brother also turned me in.. does this mean that they have 2 witness to my sin and that they can df me without a jc?.

  was thinking about this for a bit, if a day to yahweh is a 1000 years, then what jesus actually gave up to come down here with mankind was about 40 minutes, so whats the big deal, we all have done things we don't like for 40 minutes.

  so just how big a sacrifice was it for someone who knows his typical day is a 1000 years to spend 40 minutes being pushed around?.

  i just spoke with my jw dad.

  he said that the last days did not start in 1914. he said that the last days don't have a date for starting that it is a general time frame that we are living in now.

  we know that because all of the signs of the last days are seen by everyone.. .

  Did the JW's change something with 1914 being the start of the last days, or is my dad crazy?

  why give them quail and then kill em for eating it?

  this is always a passage in the bible that puzzeled me, the isrealites wanted meat, so god gave them quail and then killed them for eating it!?!?!.

  if there is an explanation i certainly never heard it from the wtbs!??.

  i might also point out that when i listened to the bible drama recordings of this passage as a child, it sounded like the narrator was saying "whale" not " quail"!

  I am still waiting for the call from the elders. I dont know what I want to do yet. I think that I am going to just say that I dont have time to meet with them but if they want to mail a letter to me I would reply to it.

  That is what I figured. If I dont want to be df'd then I have to go to the meeting and play mind games with them. I just dont know if I want to do that.

  I dont know if I want to be DFed. I have not been to a meeting in about 3 years. My Grandparents, and parents are all JW's. My brother is already df'd.

  does this mean that he can get 12 way into the assembly of the lord, since only 12 was cut off?.

  So let me get this straight.

  God wanted them to cut some of the penis off, just not too much.

  Does anyone have god's phone #, I want to call him and make sure that I didn't cut too much off.
