i must admit, that i love being with youger woman.
i m 44 now, and so far the partners i had, where between 3 and 15 years younger, which i consider okayish.
but recently, i ve had email offers from girls between 19 and early 20. now i really don t know what to think about that.
I'm in my early 50's nut told i look and act younger. What's funny when my daughter and i go out for dinner, walk down the street etc......[ she's 24 and beautiful] lot's of the older women give me very dirty looks.
Are people's minds always in the gutter?
funny thing is the men their with usually are giving me jealous looks. or

for those of us that were baptized and faded, how long do you think before we can stop worrying about being called in for a jc?
i've faded 13 years ago, but i still never answer an unknown phone number, don't answer a knock at the door unless a friend has told me they are on their way, etc.
also, i avoid giving anyone other than my mom my contact info and no one gets my address.. i could care less about avoiding a df, were it not for my family that is still in.
I've joined the 'witness' protection programme here in Canada.

i had this thought the other day that i eventually shared with my wife.
the lead in to my sharing this thought was her asking me (on our way to an assembly) something along the lines of, "i wonder if i would ever be good enough for god.".
so i shared my thought that i came up with earlier and i will share it with the group here.
Without a doubt he would be disfellowshipped. Oh and he has a beard....don't let him handle the mics!

Thanks for posting RTA and welcome. Your story is very much like mine except my parents weren't quite so hardcore. I feel for you with the shunning when you went back for reinstatement. I got the same dirty looks and felt totally alone even though my wife, son and daugther were sitting up in the hall while I was at the back. I
I just couldn't do it.
Finally the whole thing led to divorce and the loss of most of my family........crazy what this cult has done to many families.

its funny to hear people marvel at the speed of the printing presses there.
was dragged through many in n.amrica and europe by my father.......waved at the one in Japan from the tour bus.......thankfully we were there with a tour group and the bus wouldn't stop in Ebina?

no, this is not a joke.
having actually managed to survive through the entire 3 grueling days of the dc after attending the friday session today (hit sat and sun last weekend) i was initially going to make a criticism of some of the parts & points at the dc.
however, something that i witnessed today changed my mind.
disgusting! as has been mentioned wouldn't want to stop the 'flow' of spirit by ANY interuptions. I 'died' at many assemblies.........my mind went dead.
or any other one language congregation?
went to a memorial once in hawaii, visited branches in the UK, Germany, USA and Canada..........was silly and went to a Japanese hal for the WT once when I was on a business trip to Japan.....nuts! and went to a Korean hall on the second floor of an old building while on another business trip to Korea.....again nuts.....
