i havn't been to a meeting since about april this year and have been inactive since a year before that.. i do not want to be d'f'd or to disassociate as i have all my family still in,my dear old mum(nearly ninety,in da troof sixty years) right down to great nephews and nieces etc.

I am currently working with youth that are used to putting up a b.s. front. From the looks of things they learned it from the parents. They jump through religious hoops so that they can gain spiritual and group acceptence. You ought to see the look on their faces when I'm sincere about myself or I confront them about their b.s.

Anyone have any 'Too close for comfort' moments with an elder ? (ladies)
by billie jean inhas anyone ever felt that an elder was perhaps 'coming on' to them ?
i remember three specific occasions where i was alone with these three elders in my congregation on seperate occasions and it just didnt feel right.
one where i was told i was "very attractive" and various other things he'd said made me nervous about my appearance, another where an elder took me to his car after a meeting in a dark car park and seemed to ask too many private questions and another time one of the elders who i thought always had his arms around young sisters too much took me to the 'back room' and sat far too close to me again references about my "attractive face" and other strange compliments.

Recently a young woman ( 20 years old ) became very depressed and looked to me for counsil. She had walked in on her dad while he was looking at porn on the web. This embarrased and provoked him and he became increasingly abusive over time. This led to the break up of the family and a lot of bitterness. The young woman then had problems on her job as well. She had fallen into a downward spiral of depression and suicidal thought.
When she came to me she was very vulnerable and broken down. For a short time it apeared that her feelings for me might be headed in the wrong direction. Had she run into a selfish, lustful, man like the ones described in this forum the results could have been devistating. These type of preditors must be exposed. Shine the light on them, root them out, tell everyone that you know of who knows them what they did. Even if they don't believe you they may be cautious around them from then on. These devils actually get involved in religious organizations just to find vulnerable young people to prey upon. Even if they just flirted, it is a breach of trust if a person has authority over you. It is spiritual abuse.

"you may call it something else," clouse said, but for area utilities, the main byproduct of human waste - methane gas - will soon be converted into natural gas to burn in their power plants.. the city approved a deal where massachusetts-based ameresco inc will convert the city's biosolids into natural gas, which could generate about 1.5 million cubic feet per day, he said.. methane gas, which is a byproduct of human and organic waste, is a principal component of the natural gas used to fuel furnaces, power plants, and other combustion-based generators.. "the private vendor will come onto the facility, construct some gas cleaning systems, remove the moisture, remove the carbon dioxide content, and then sell that gas on the open market," clouse said.. the gas will be sold to power generators, he said.. some communities are using methane gas harvested from solid waste to power smaller facilities like sewage treatment plants, but san antonio is the first to see large-scale conversion of methane gas from sewage into fuel for power generation, he said.. following the agreement, more than 90 percent of materials flushed down the toilets and sinks of san antonio will be recycled, he said.
liquid is now used for irrigation, many of the solids are made into compost, and now the methane gas will be recycled for power generation.. (reporting by jim forsyth, editing by chris baltimore and lisa shumaker).

Demons sew seeds of discord,seperation, hate, fear, confusion, greed, lust, ect. Sounds like most of the discussion found on this site concerning the J.W. organization. Being owned or "posessed" ( same thing ) by a demon simply means to be controlled by it ( or at least heavily influenced ). The most troubling thing I see on this site is that all the false teaching and plain old crap the J.W. pushes misrepresents God so totally that it turns people from Him completely.
