Did you feel euphoric at conventions? Anyone go to Dodger Stadium?

Is page 4 of "The Bible-Gods Word or Man's?" a picture of a crossdresser ?

i was looking more at the illustrations and pictures and came upon the picture on page 4 before chapter 1, in the old orange book "the bible-gods word or man's" published in the 1989. the same year as "questions for young people-awnsers that work" was published!
check out the person in the blue dress!!

one is to take advantage of the borg by going to a foreign language congregation.

Depending on how young your children are, I would stay in and slowly time your fade with your children growing up. There are so many things that you can do now that you know for sure what the religion is all about. Most of us when attending the meetings were really confused and sincere about the issues. Then we got kicked out. For you, it is different becauce you are not confused. So you have some advantages, especially having this site behind you! I went to a wedding last week. I found my reply's to the witnesses were subtle enough to get them to think rather than for me to tell them what I believed in. Example: One person came up to me and started telling me all the bad things about someone who was studying and reexamining christianity at secular libraries. My reply was maybe he needed to confirm his faith with literature beyond a 9th grade reading level. The look on the brother's face was of disappointment he could not argue that fact.

One thing is for sure about JWD...is that you can not post something incorrect and it stand the test of time!!!!!!! However, my take on the cross being at a tilt...is still in question. I just happened to listen to someone give their take on why. I may have misunderstood them. But I thought they said it was at 32 decrees although I have been corrected. But why the tilt??????????????/

I noticed that the cross in the crown is at an angle....possibly it is at a 32 decrees and was not Charles Russel also considered a Knight Templar, which would have been a 32 decree freemason?

The point for this topic is that...would anyone who see's something as obvious as the face in that picture pretend that it was not there! I really think he looks at others as being stupid. My point is that..........I just could not treat someone that stupid. If someone pointed something out to me that was obvious I would admit they were right! He on the other hand thought he could say it was not there and still have creditbility. I really think that is what it takes to be a Jehovahs Witness!

Just an awesome question to ask!!! My take would be 1988. Here is my take on why....1975 had past and the WTBTS still was growing in industrialized nations. The "You Can Live Forever Book" had established itself. The released publications were the "Revelation Book" and "The Scriptures Inspired Book". You also still had the 1914 docrine still holding weight and no INTERNET! I would say many could give a year that would make sence when the "damn" broke. For me it would be in 1995. The 1914 doctrine was in the "toilet" and the District Conventions finally tanked. I went to the 1995 Convention and I knew that these Conventions were just a shell of Yesteryear. For me, it was the first Convention that did not include the "Food Program". It just seemed like a "ghost town" and JACK MURPHY STADIUM"!
