  well what a suprise and welcome to the neighborhood.

  a young man(alone) just knocked at my door wanting to share a scripture with me on the conditions of the world today.

  the kids were working on their math so i had a few minutes to play, so i bit.

  well guys, my mom invited me to this sunday's public talk.

  my esteemed bro-in-law, who is visiting from out of state, will be the speaker.

  actually, i guess technically, my sister invited me, thru my mom of course since she doesn't really associate with me *gag*.

  Just for the record. By the usual watchtower standards track and field athletics must definitely heathen Just think of it these sports orginate from the Greek Olypiade where the greek athelics gave praise and honor to the Greek Gods and in a sense were an archtype of the gods. Oh no! now I have to throw out my track awards!

  But golf! That's not heathen just Scotish!

  i missed them because i was out, but my wife answered the door.

  she told the two older gentlemen that her husband was a jw for twelve years and decided to leave.

  My wife doesn't enjoy visits from JWs, but she knows how disappointed I am for not being at the right place at the right time. Therefore she always asks for THEIR address and telephone no. (Norway is different that way). Not being an exJW myself they are usually keen on this, since I am therefore, in their eyes looked upon as a "potential".
  In my experience, letters is a great way of communicating with JWs since one can structualize arguments, and easier to enable to
  stay on a certain line of thought, without being sidetracked.

  What happens when you die????

  question to throw out to anyone who cares to answer.. what do jw's believe happens when they die.

  jon always told me that when life was over, that was it, no heaven no hell just nothingness.. is that what jw's really believe?

  he didn't like to talk about it with me because he thought it would upset me.. thanks for any input,.
