checking the computer system i found that pretty much all the 'anti' books had been marked as 'lost'.

I recently visited my local library looking for books on JWs. Checking the computer system I found that pretty much all the 'anti' books had been marked as 'lost'.

Lost? Or taken by a zealous JW not wanting people to find out the truth about their religion?

Have any of you had a similar experience or knew of someone who delibrately stole JW books form the library?

we finally got everything up and running.. my mum is new here and would love to meet you all.. i've told her what a bunch of great people you are and that she is amongst friends here.. she has been through the wts crap and after finding out about the sexual abuse cover ups, she and dad da'ed.. but i'll let her tell you the rest.

in a way im glad the wts has hinted that mobile phones are expensive, time wasting, immoral devices.

anything to reduce the number of people shouting into plastic blocks on public transport gets my vote.

however they go as far as to assume that young people who have one will use it to talk to members of the opposite sex!

Convention Concessions

here's a question for you all... why does the society insist that all concession stands be closed at their convention facilities?.

i can understand that back when they provided their own food service, they would not want the competition.

(and in all fairness, their service was undoubtedly cheaper for the friends, many of whom have limited funds.
