  cow urine pushed as health cure in india.

  hindu nationalists in india have launched a marketing exercise to promote cow's urine as a health cure.. they say the urine, being sold for 30p a bottle, can be used for ailments ranging from liver disease to obesity and even cancer.. .... as i see this as an opportunity for shameless self promotion... i would like to point out the bumper sticker on my car: "religion stops a thinking mind" (a spoof on the abortion bumper sticker).

  Eastern Europeans use urine for all sorts of skin problems. The urine has to be fresh because it is sterile straight from the bladder. Start reading the ingredients for skin care products its a common ingredient. I'm not inclined to use urine myself. I just know it's a common practice. You may find that the WT or Awake had an article about this a few years ago.

  then we used to spend 3 nights a week gambling in tiberiuss casino, even after we got married, so.....umm, say another 250?.

  i will never forget the saturday, i was in field service about 10 years ago.

  we came to this one house, a man in mid- thirtys came to the door, we preceded give our sermon the man said i m very, very grateful i dont believe the way you do!my friend and me looked at each other a little confused.

  the man said in again i really thank god, i dont believe the way you do.

  This was my very first comment on this board a whole month ago. It's relative to this subject. This is what I've found to be the attitude among the bethlites that sacrificed having children:

  There are many bethelites from ages 35–55 and still single at Bethel. And many more couples that sacrificed having children because the new system is coming very soon. Most of them have not acknowledged their anger and resentment. Because of this I’ve noticed a change attitude with the bethelites since ‘95.They seem to have reconciled that they have a superior position because of their sacrifice.

  Their attitude is reflected in the way they rank us so called regular JW’s. I know of only one couple that openly admitted to me (not everyone else) that they were angry about their sacrifice; when the new generation doctrine was announced in ‘95. They seem to be the healthier individuals of the lot.

  Hating the world while rejected by the Organizatio

  i have come across an interesting type of non-jw.

  they believe most, if not all of the teachings of the wts, but are no longer officially recognized as a member.. they believe, as the wts believes, that the world is evil and will be destroyed.

  at the same time they are not welcome in the organization for one reason of another.. so there they are, hating the world and steaming about the organization - "caught between a rock and a hard place" - usually full of anger with no way to vent.. .

  There are alot of inactive/DF'd individuals who have one foot in the world and the other foot out. As foretmenot mentioned, some are still active in the cong.

  after listening to my lord direct me to go back and read and read and read, i must say, dear ones, that i knew robert and janet (jannie) bryant from shingle springs, ca, personally.

  What do the voices tell you to do? Do they tell you to do good things or bad things?

  If you went to a Doc and took medication and it made the voices go away then wouldn't that prove the voices are not from God. If they remained after taking medication it would not prove the other way because meds don't work for everyone. Why not put it to this test? Only you could benifit.

  The shame here is how JWs can't deal with anything. If you really do have problems you become a blemish to the cong and they look for any excuse to get rid of you. Where's this so called Christen love they claim to have.

  during a talk a brother referred to the men at the gatse of the cities of refuge as 'elders' to 'judge.

  Then, what about Deborah the prophetess and judge? They seem to forget that Deborah was a woman judging Israel.

  How come there are no female judges? Deborah had Jehovah blessing. How come female anointed ones are lesser than these 'WT writers' who aren't even anointed? How come they can't write and judge if they are part of the so called 'Faithful and Discreet Slave?' These writing assistants are not anointed and they are doing the work of the so called 'faithful and disreet slave.'
