1909 Comments right on about Chronology in many ways
by itsibitsybrainbutbigenoughtosmellarat ina little hard to read, but worth the trouble, i think.
i like his comments about the whole issue of diliberation is unnecessary, when the prophecy of the last days is all required for bible students to understand or look for..

Am I on thin ice with my friend?
by cedars ini'm a former mts graduate, and it's a long story but i recently became inactive after realising it was all nonsense.
the problem is, i've noticed that my mts background makes it almost impossible for people to accept my new status as an "inactive" one.
people think that, given the amount of knowledge i have, there is surely no excuse for me to reach this preposterous decision.. a friend from my mts recently began emailing me to find out my reasons.

Are they going to keep lowering the bar to be appointed an MS or Elder???
by karter inmy mother told me of 2 young guys that have been appointed elders.. i could'nt belive it these guys have zero life experance and both their wifes walked out on them after a few years of marrage.. another one cooked his brain on drugs and his talks are painfull to listen to....all over the place and stumbles through them.. .
is it due to alot of young ones (60 to 70%) leaving and the pool to pick from is getting smaller so lowering the bar is the only way???

Making peace with death
by mankkeli inhave you come to grips with the reality of dieing and ending it all, for many it was an unfathomable reality especially with the idea that many now living will never die.. but have you made peace with death?, have you resolved in your mind that death is not a painful reality and it is unfair to cheat it..

i made my piece with death in vietnam many years ago, it is just that i don't have any peace when a loved one dies. How is that peaceful for christsakes, your dead, no peace, no anxiety, you feel nothing so how would you feel peaceful?

How do you feel about not seeing your dead loved ones again?
by highdose init always felt rather unatural the thought of seeing people who had been dead for years.
how would they come to terms with the huge passage of time that had passed?
how would they be able to cope with the fact that their family had probably hugely changed since they had died.

devastated but realistically, that is what is not going to happen the seeing of dead loved ones, but i see mine everyday and night in my mind and it always makes me sad but also makes me smile when I remember all the time we had together. They are always resurrected whenever you remember them, they just like you will pass from memory after all the eons have passed.

Watchtower on written evaluations
by Marvin Shilmer inwatchtower on written evaluations .
today i uploaded a new article to my blog addressing another aspect of watchtowers internal judicial system.
these judicial proceedings produce written evaluations.

So a question arises, can one get a copy of that evaluation? Me thinks not, they want to screw you but leave you without the condom so to speak to prove that they did. One night stand so to speak?

Jdubs are as important as toe jam, no one sees or gives a damn, but if the occasion arose, I would publicly try to embarass them.

got news for them, the US Army always did bloodless surgery if possible, i know having been under the knife several times while i was in the Army, they always mentioned that they may use transfusion if needed, guess i never needed it but it was my experience even coming in from the battle field that unless you had a large loss of blood they didn't use it. and I was medivac on two occasions from getting it in the field never used a transfusion either time so it wasn't something that was always used only when actually needed from large losses of bloodf, speaking from my experience only.
