Something in the air this season...
by babygirl30 ini have had some ultra weird exchanges with some existing jws these past 2 months that have me caught off guard (which is rare for me) - but overall just odd.. 1. i was out at a happy hour with some coworkers, and a woman whom i used to be friends with in another congregation came in with her husband.
background: her kids, myself, and her best friends son - were all close friends!
so we all were around this woman and her bff on a regular basis.

Well these people have wonderful David as their given example of someone who Jehovah "loves" and "forgives" in a large way.
If the murdering, adulterating, census taking David gets a free pass then why can't they?

i won’t go into this much as an individual can read it for themselves and conclude as s(he) sees fit.
what i would say however, is that i remember llewellyn using phrases like “knowing your place in jehovah’s organisation” and “taking care not to act presumptuously”.

As for the real reason they (Corkern and co.) are there and other branches - it's inspection and cost saving - aka hatchet men. I'm sure more heads will roll and more contributions will be diverted to USA.

Old Papps gave a load of pap didn't he? Froth and bubble, spit and spume. No substance.
Look at the hours (stood by a cart), look at the extra pioneers (30 hrs for most auxiliaries), more bible studies (yapping on a doorstep twice in a month and "showing" a video).
Didn't see any baptism figures, did you? And as mentioned minimal increase.
And I notice how some of those interested by the carts were "returners" - we all know how they are going to be zealous productive jw's from here on in don't we?
