i know some people who swear by it.
and i know that according to the jw's its meant to be one of the ultimate wicked things to do but now that i've debunked most of what they taught me i''m starting to wonder.. .

the wbst seem to have their wires crossed about this one... on the one hand they say that jesus died for all our sins etc.
and then on the other says that we have to strive constantly to be perfect or we won't be saved... but jesus died so that we could be saved didn't he?.
this is somthing i never could get my head around....

i've been wondering recently about certain jw's i knew while in who seemed to move cong and just vanish!
at the time i had no idea where they could have gone... now i suspect they did a fade.
come to think of it there were tons that i knew of, maybe fading is a jw epidemic??

obviously not in our life time, but i was thinking maybe in a centry from now perhaps?
once the people who were taught creation in school are gone and instead we have people who were taught evoultion instead?
when we have perhaps been able to travel further and deeper into space, will people ask where is god?.

It does seem in our lifetime that religon has lost its charm... what do you think?

do you believe the bible is a "good book" with much good about it but not something that should be totally believed?.
