what else could they get away with?
by highdose inhaving explained/pointed out the doctrinal flip flops to some jw's i know i was astonished to find that they just brushed it all aside, on one occasion they seemed to just tune me out and quit listening.
the gb really do have them whipped, it makes me wonder what it would take for them to sit up and realise what a insane religon they are in?!
and in the meantime how much can the gb get away with because of the blind faith of their followers?

if the GB was female....?
by highdose injust a wandering thought, what kind of religon would the jw's be if the situation was reversed and the gb was all female, only women could hold postions of power in the cong etc....?.

need help/backup about JW new light
by highdose inok i'm trying to prove certain points to a jw i know who has questions.
i need to know what the new light is about the "generation" and if possible where this new light was launched from eg watchtower, which article etc.... also it has been said here that there is a new thinking about 1935, that happened in 2008 i need to know for definate what this thinking is, and again where it was stated in the wbst litriture.... .
please help this could mean alot to alot of trapped jw's... i can think of 4 already....

by highdose init occured to me today that while all of you guys were noticing all the "new light"s and flip flops from the society, i didn't while i was in.
i've asked other dubs that i know and they are not aware of it either.
and i think i figured out a large part of why.

it occured to me today that while all of you guys were noticing all the "new light"s and flip flops from the society, i didn't while i was in. i've asked other dubs that i know and they are not aware of it either. and i think i figured out a large part of why. Every kingdom hall i've ever been in has been A) windowless B) incredibly stuffy. In fact in my hall there was a ban on having the doors open in the summer, now it was scorching tempretures for the UK, and the air con didn't work, so you just sat there roasting and trying not to fall asleep! i'm wondering now if this is part of the master plan??? I always wondered as well why most of the conventions where outdoors and in the summer, Cystal place...Twickenham...Bournemouth...Gillingham...all spent swealtering in plastic seats. and i don't think i heard one word in ten, was just trying to make it through the day...
Think about it, if you can't concentrate due to the conditions you are in, then you won't notice what is happening right under your nose will you?
Course this could just be my own expericance... will be interesting to see...??

for me it has to have roast chicken, loadsa gravy ( bisto), crispy roast potatoes, stuffing and of course... yorkshire pudding!
my family always had sparkling white with it for some reason
and to finish, a crumble? steamed pudding?
